The first Hospital by FIF is under construction along the Harare -Chitungwiza road in Harare, Zimbabwe. The fruition of this vision followed a long a wait of over forty (40) years in which Apostle Guti carried it. The ground breaking ceremony took place on 27 January 2006 after overcoming of various obstacles which endured for nearly three years.

As Apostle Guti says; ‘a vision never dies’, what God says will always come to pass.
This hospital will be of its own kind because it comprises of two main wings:

• A non-medical wing which will minister to the sick spiritually, and offer Christian counseling. The Spiritual School of Healing which is currently operating from other church premises at 2 Baines Ave, Harare, will eventually move to the hospital when building completes.
  
  
• A medical & surgical wing. Prayers and financial support for this mammoth project are always welcome.
