Apostles Update Week 16

Dear Friends
Harare Deacons Deeper Life Conference
This year’s conference was held AMFCC from the 22nd to the 27th of April with good attendance rising from 1450 to 3000 by the final day. The speakers comprised of Elders and Deacons who covered various topics such as Marriage, Salvation, Soul Winning, Inheritance, Health and so forth. Our mother and father, Archbishops Ezekiel and Eunor Guti were present and taught on the Importance of Having the Genuine Fear of God and to Pursue Righteous Living. Each session they preached was broadcasted live to the other 22 zones. Deliverance was ministered to 500 Deacons, 533 people were filled with the Holy Spirit, whilst 67 deacons were water baptised.
Chivhu Zonal Deeper Life Conference
We thank God for our first Zonal Deeper Life Conference held in Chivhu from 22-27 April 2019. It was phenomenal as we had more than 400 delegates who attended this first historic leadership conference. We thank our father and mother the Apostles of Jesus Christ for entrusting us to be a Zone through the leadership of our Provincial Overseers Tanrose and Joyce Msiza. We had mighty speakers led by Bishops Macharika who taught the leaders and laid a firm foundation for our Zone. Powerful teachings by our speakers included Children's Church, Church History, Church Growth, Church Development and many more. 28 People were delivered from various ailments and sickness. Chivhu will never be the same again.
SADOP Zone 2
Our Zonal SADOP conference ran from the 26th to the 28th of April and was held in Bulawayo at Eunor Guti Academy. Delegates came from Harare, Filabusi, Kwekwe and Beitbridge and we were graced with the presence of Overseer Dr La-Verne Simukai, International Sadop directors Pastors David and Nyengeterai Guni and also the Zonal Sadop Pastor Trust Patana. On Saturday night we had 65 delegates. Dr La-Verne profoundly highlighted that “our parents do not work for ZAOGA but for God." Pastor Guni reiterated on Archbishop Ezekiel H Guti’s burden to find young disciples to nurture. One young man received Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour. On Sunday we gathered at Bulawayo City Tabernacle with the rest of the church and it was a joy to be in charge of the whole service. Pastor David Guni shared during Bible Study and Dr La-Verne shared on the year's theme. Some of the Sunday miracles:
  • A man was healed from pain in the left shoulder.
  • Many people were healed from back pain,
  • 3 ladies received healing from chest pains and difficulty in breathing
  • 4 ladies were healed from pain in the abdomen
We give glory to the God of Ezekiel Guti for allowing us to gather together in Berlin for a wonderful Easter conference that was spearheaded by the Youth. We were blessed to have youth forerunners before our speaker Pastor Knowledge Vheremu took to the podium. On Friday evening, the service was attended by 26 adults and four children while Saturday and Sunday had 46 people including 7 Children. Worth mentioning is that our attendance has grown by more than 100% compared to the last Easter Conference, to God we give all the glory! Key testimonies of the conference include:
  • A child who feared insects traumatically screaming every time she saw any, was delivered
  • A couple that had financial challenges was miraculously blessed with an amount of money just after the service.
  • There was deliverance and 2 people received the baptism in the Holy Spirit.
God has been so gracious to us this year. God has added to us a 4th assembly and it's in a city called Girne. The assembly started off as a Bible study and is growing daily. So far about 12 Girne residents attend every Sunday. Thank you for your prayers, the hand of God is evident here in Cyprus. We ask for your prayers again as we prepare for our bi-annual Girls/Ladies conference in June.
We would like to thank God for the Dubai and Al Ain Region Easter Conference which was hosted by our Young Adults from 10-12 April. The attendance throughout the conference was phenomenal, with around 400 saints and more than 7 people received Jesus Christ. Many people got delivered in every session from countless issues, and many were filled with the Holy Spirit. We had a blessed time with the guest speakers Overseers Dr A. and F. Gudyanga. Our speakers ministered to us on the message of Jesus, the Centre of it all, the Theme of the year, Talents and Missions and the Kingdom of God. As the presence of the Holy Spirit filled the auditorium:
  • A certain lady saw chains on some people’s hands breaking and oil was flowing in their hands. She felt real oil running through her own hands.
  • Some people saw the Servant and Apostle Dr. E. H Guti stretching his hands and smiling at Dubai and handing out gifts to people
We are grateful for a life changing experience.
Abu Dhabi
We thank the God of our Father, E.H Guti for a powerful Easter conference in Abu Dhabi, UAE, hosted by the youth ministry from 24th – 26th of April. We had seasoned speakers, Apostle Sebenzile & Sithabile Msiza from Harare East South Province. Many were healed and delivered by the Word as our speakers taught about the significance of the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The congregation was also taught the importance and the right way of praying for our father and mother. We had 160 people on the first day, 188 on the second day and 202 on the final day of the conference. Saints travelled from as far as Dubai and Al Ain to attend the conference. In attendance were people from different Nationalities like Ghana, India, Kenya, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, Uganda as well as Zimbabwe. We give glory to God.
New Zealand
New Zealand launched the Shabach Arts 2019 Live Production Concert, a night that was aimed at providing the ultimate praise and worship experience to all cultural backgrounds and denominations. A total number of 280 people attended from all corners of New Zealand and some from Australia and it was a mix of ethnicities including Maoris, Asians, Africans, Europeans and Middle Eastern populations. Our Overseers Madzivadondo, Pastors Kombora and Pastors Kahwema attended in full force sharing the Word during the WORD FESTIVAL on Friday night and Sunday. Indeed we witnessed the hand of the Lord and His faithfulness in the fulfilment of the vision of the Servant and Apostle of God to have multicultural people coming together in such great numbers to worship.
This Easter conference 2019 was one of the most outstanding we ever had in Fort-Dauphin. This is the first time we got a local pastor in this area and that was Pastor Jedidja Rakotomalala from the capital city. On Friday evening 19th April, the preaching topic was about the Kingdom of God, attendance was 64 local people. On Saturday attendance was 96 and 20 people received the baptism in the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking in tongues. On Sunday attendance was 93 local people and the service was filled with miracles:
  • 4 people were healed from backache,
  • One girl was healed from ear ache,
  • 2 people were healed from leg pain
  • One woman was healed from pain in the neck.
In Antananarivo, they had a total attendance of 42 local people at their conference. We want to thank the Lord for the growth of the church.
God’s grace continues to abound at our church. While Pastors Mariano were away attending Pastors’ Conference in this nation, God’s hand continued to be felt upon the church. Pastor Bruce Coble led a powerful devotion, opening our Sunday service. Praise and worship led by Elder Steve was outstanding; he was further mightily used by God as he also delivered a power packed Word. In a topic entitled ‘Rooted’, he delivered the information displaying evident revelation by the Holy Spirit. Indeed the church was transformed. In attendance were 11 adults and six children. We continue to pray for new souls and total commitment of current members.
We want to thank the God of our father Ezekiel Guti for a wonderful and successful Pastors conference which was held in North Carolina here in the USA. A total of 27 Pastors attended. The main Speakers were Evangelist Enock Tigere and DP Shepherd Mayemu.
All the speakers were mightily used and there was such a sweet spirit throughout the conference. It brought the pastors together in love and unity and USA will never ever be the same again. The program included sharing the Word, business meeting on Friday afternoon and an outdoor fellowship and activity which was bowling. The most exciting part was when our father spoke to us through a message he recorded on the phone - we all felt his love. The God of our father visited us in a great way. We felt a great shift in the spiritual realm. We were revived, renewed and encouraged.
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel who has allowed a great season of teaching and revival in Victoria with Pastors Moses and Winnie Patsika from Tonga and Evangelists Kuda and Jackie Gwarimbo from Zimbabwe. At City Assembly we were the first to host them and we experienced a mighty move of God like we have never seen before from Thursday 25th to Sunday the 28th of April. Attendance averaged 50 people week nights and 66 on Sunday. A total of 6 people including a white Australian gave their lives to Christ. Many believers who had backslidden re-dedicated their lives to Christ giving powerful testimonies of how the evangelists had precisely prophesied about issues happening in their lives. People felt revived and refreshed with teachings ranging from Prayer to the Favour of God. On the Go Quickly side, women from across the state had a boat cruise on the Yarra River with 40 women in attendance. We had powerful teachings from Pastors Winnie Patsika, Kulecha Chipadza and Jackie Gwarimbo. To our delight and amazement at this cruise we also had a great number of women who are not from Forward in Faith which really encouraged us to invite them to future meetings.
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel for His goodness and mercy upon Barbados.
This week the pastor was teaching and emphasising Home Bible Study Groups. The morale has reached high levels and this Sunday testimonies from the groups were very encouraging and uplifting. We praise God for Cell groups.
105 people gathered on Sunday at Manzini region to witness the commissioning of the first mission house in Swaziland. There was great joy throughout the service as people gave touching testimonies on the journey travelled throughout the building of this house.
We also saw the goodness of the Lord at Mhlume region, as they purchased a mission car at the beginning of the year, to make it a total of 3 mission vehicles in Swaziland. There is also a lot of excitement in the nation because we will be having our 1st Deeper Life leadership Conference in August. We give glory to the God of our Father.
Lagos: 10 people attended Monday prayer and the women met for Tuesday prayer along with Wednesday Home Cell Groups. Friday night had 31 people present and after a powerful prayer6 people were instantly healed from different diseases. On Sunday 36 people attended the service and it was nice to see new believers participating during the Bible study. The pastor gave a powerful teaching taken from our father Apostle Ezekiel Guti’s current Deeper Life teachings and there was great joy. People were even healed as the Pastor was teaching.
Sango: Macedonia assembly had a week of prayer and fasting from Monday to Saturday. An average number of 30 people managed to attend the prayer sessions throughout the week.
A woman who visited on Wednesday was delivered as the prayer was going on and she gave her life to Jesus. On Sunday 48 people attended a powerful service where during Praise and Worship there was a mighty move of the Holy Spirit and some people were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke with new tongues for the first time. A powerful word was preached and 11 people were delivered and set free.
We are also happy to report that all the paperwork for the land in Lagos are in place, soil was tested and they gave us positive results that we can build any type of structure. Thank you for your prayers.
St Kitts
The God of our father Ezekiel keeps on doing great things. Having come from a powerful Easter, the mid-weekly services attracted good attendance. We are amazed by the impact the church is building in the local community. Even as the worship team do their practice, some non-members are coming in to sing along and some stand by the windows to watch and appreciate the worship. Sunday service with regular members in attendance was so powerful, with the Bible Study preparing the church for anniversary celebrations. Continue to stand with us in prayer as we reach out to the lost souls.
With the visibility at out New Location and the exposure of our Worship via the media coupled with the Pastors moving about in the community as they win souls for the kingdom we are enjoying growth in our Membership. Over the past week our Children's Ministry was showcased they participated in the Youth Rally displaying our Banner and decked in FIFMI T-Shirts. We are also seeing growth in our Men's Ministry (MOI) who are leading the way in music and song. Today we had a total of 46 (25 Adults/21 Children) people worshiping as our Sunday Bible Study. Our Local Pastor was teaching us from Baba's book called "The Local Church." The teacher made us all participate as we learnt about the value and the purpose of the Local Church. The Word was shared by one of our members from Zimbabwe and it left many flocking to the altar for prayers. We are also looking forward to hearing feedback from our Nevis Team who went to Zimbabwe for the Deeper Life Conference which just ended. We continue to pray for a bus to transport our members and the building of our Church to accommodate an enlarged membership. We also pray for that plans will go well for our First ever FIFMI Nevis upcoming Wedding.

Some of us have done gardening or rearing chicken. We know that if rearing chicken is your business and you are a supplier, you don’t have chicken the same age because you will run out of chicken at the same time and you will have nothing to supply. We have different ages of chicken so they grow and mature at different times and we keep adding baby chicks. It will be a continuous supply with no break. If you are one of the young people, the apostle and servant of God is looking for you. We can only find them in prayer bands and they read the word of God. As they do that they begin to show up. Let’s go into prayer bands now, maybe we used to say prayer bands are for older people but our father is looking for people who he can disciple. I know some will say I’m not fit, I am a sinner because of the feelings you feel in your body. Baba says Jesus Christ died for your sins. Jesus Christ died for your heart (your spirit, inner man) to save you, to make you a child of God. It’s the heart that He died for and it’s the heart that He saved. In that heart like we read in Matt 15:17-19. 17 Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? 18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. 19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
Food goes through the mouth and it comes out. That does not defile the person. What comes through the mouth is coming from the heart and this is what defiles a person. Jesus died for the heart so that we can be saved….TO BE CONTINUED God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
