Dear Friends

HAPPY FATHERS’ DAY!!

This month of prayer God is doing wonders in the lives of the people. This is indeed a vision from the Lord. This update is full of testimonies of lives being changed.

Mutoko
Mutoko Province had a power packed Deacons Prayer Convention. We saw almost all the 115 deacons going through the faith clinic. Many were delivered from various spirits that include unforgiveness, bitterness, anger and spiritual husbands/wives. 10 were filled with the Holy Spirit for the first time and many more were refilled with the Holy Spirit. We had a blessed prayer convention whereby at the end we had an audio message of Blessing from our father Apostle and Servant of God Dr. E.H. Guti which was sent to us through our speakers Pastors Tapiwa & Nyasha Ziswa. Before our father finished speaking people began to speak in tongues and others falling down under the power of God and the whole church began to pray. We were not able to dismiss people as some continued praying. We were really blessed and give Praise to the Lord.

Harare South West Province
We had a splendid Deacons prayer convention with an average of 650 delegates. The leaders were rejuvenated. 104 received Jesus Christ/ rededicated their lives again, 89 were water baptised, 64 received the Holy Spirit and the faces of people showed that they were transformed.

Harare South East Province
We thank God for this unique vision given to our father and mother Apostles Ezekiel & Eunor Guti.                                     More than 400 deacons and some elders gathered at Waterfalls International Christian Centre for a powerful and life changing prayer convention. People poured their lives to the Lord during one on one counselling sessions after powerful teachings.  Deliverance took place as people were set free from spiritual husbands, false prophet oils, dreaming eating meat at night, dreaming communicating with mermaids, spirit of goblins, bitterness and unforgiving spirit. Some vomited during deliverance. One deacon gave her life to Christ, 24 were filled with the Holy Spirit and 15 were water baptized.  We give glory to the God of our father.

ZAOGA On Campus (ZOC) Midlands State University (MSU) Students
84 students of MSU ZOC with their DP W. Kwesha invaded the Nyanga areas of Mapako, Nyatate, Ruchere and St Mary’s with the gospel of Jesus Christ in line with the Great Commission from 10-18 June 2017.
As their norm is, during the day they got into homes for soul winning in small groups of 3 students and during the evening held mass crusades averaging 60 people (each group) each service.
From door to door a total of 407 souls were harvested while from the mass crusades a total of 627 souls came to the Lord, praise be to the God of our Father. 80 people were baptized in the Holy Spirit and

50 people were water baptized. Some outstanding miracles:
  • Instant healing of legs.
  • One person was healed from a stiff neck.
  • A lady’s left eye was restored.
  • Two people were healed from back ache.
  • The local headman (Sabhuku) was healed from urinary problems.

Let’s hear the results of prayers around the world:

St Kitts
The God of our father keeps on doing great things. Our prayer convention was the highlight of the week. People fasted and prayed earnestly. 8 locals were in attendance Friday, 14 on Saturday and 21 on Sunday. God gave us grace during this convention.  People had time to pour out their lives, forgive and confess sincerely as God delivered them. Other were filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues while some were refilled. People who are setting up small businesses were prayed for as God ministered to us powerfully even through praise and worship. Glory to God. Thank you for your prayers, God is truly honouring your requests on our behalf.

Nevis
The Kingdom of God continues to take root in Nevis. The revelation of Restoration of Families through the Families Builder ministry is taking centre stage. We are seeing miracles. Mondays have now been set aside for parents to have family time and worship together at home with Pastors Chris and Sesie visiting.
People in the community are calling pastors for counselling and prayers. One man attended service this Sunday after counselling and has promised to be a member.  Bible Studies are becoming popular attracting different people. The good news is that names of the coming permanent missionaries are now in the system, just awaiting for permits to be granted anytime. Pray with us.

Barbados
We had an awesome week.  We also are in the same spirit of prayer as the rest of our FIFMI family worldwide. The believers are growing in the area of prayer through the Prayer Conventions and teachings.  Despite the heavy rains as a result of the tropical storm season that has started, 31 people were still able to make it for Sunday Service.

Cyprus
We want to thank God for the just ended leaders’ Prayer Convention. An average total of 40 leaders from our 3 assemblies managed to attend. The faith clinic was very successful and people were pouring out their lives to the Lord. Many reported that they felt lighter after the faith clinic sessions and had so much joy as the cleansing process continued. There were testimonies of deliverance from unforgiveness, anger, bitterness and healing of past wounds. We thank God that we are still experiencing the move of God in a mighty way since the Apostles of Jesus Christ left. 2 more people have received Jesus Christ. On the final day of the convention all the leaders were anointed for Victory and for service.  12 young leaders emerged from the benches to the stage each preaching powerfully what God had revealed to them. There was joy unspeakable. This month most of our believers are traveling back to their countries for the summer holidays and we are believing God for safe travels to all. Attendance on Sunday was 185 in Lefkosa, 28 in Magusa and 22 in Lefke.

Miami
We thank God for a blessed week. Midweek services, bible study and prayers went well. Sunday service at the retirement 10 attended. Mission house service went well with 11 in attendance. We thank God for spiritual growth as some believers are testifying of their identity in Christ and that they would rather fight with the enemy than give up. Glory to God. Church was taught on forgiveness, being grateful to parents and following God as the ultimate role model of a father. We are seeing the seed from our father germinating, causing lives to change. We had fellowship after church appreciating the fathers. Wishing our Father and all the Fathers A HAPPY FATHER’S  DAY!!!

Madagascar
We thank you all for your support in prayer indeed God has taken us this far. FIFMI celebrated 57 years of God’s grace while Madagascar is also celebrating over 50 years independence this week and as a result the fever has gripped all the citizens with parties everywhere.
This did not affect our leaders who committed themselves to ignore everything and attend the prayer convention both weekends. Faith clinic took place and leaders poured out their hearts unto the Lord.
On Sunday an Elder testified about how bitterness from childhood experience affected his entire life so much that he lost his job, failed to relate well with others in church and all his relatives but thank God for the faith clinic, he’s happy and smiling.
We thank the God of our father who we see at work in Fort Dauphin. 3 adults and 3 children who received Jesus during home visits came to church and promised to come back. We are witnessing miracles –  a lady was healed from stomach pains and a tuck shop owner was healed from a headache after suffering many weeks. Attendance was 35 adults and 32 children.

TEACHING:    PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

Prayer makes people hungry and receptive to God.  Matt 6 vs 33. Seek first the Kingdom of God by prayer. Do you want the blessing? Seek first the Kingdom of God. Do you want money? Do you want to grow spiritually? Do you want Spiritual gifts? We seek all this by prayer. Let’s become people of prayer. Set time to pray on your own. Read the Word for an hour by yourself and have time to pray. Force your body to wake up to read the Bible and pray.
We need the spirit of forgiveness so we can have a clean heart. Matt 18 vs 35 “So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.” Matt 6 vs 12, 14-15. When the leader prays with a clean heart, the believers will follow suit and the whole church will pray. This is the season for cleansing. Pour out and speak out so you expose the devil. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
