Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 27

Dear Friends,

INTERNATIONAL SUNDAY LIVE BROADCAST
Pastor Rick Mariano (USA) and Bishop Timothy Nchunga (Botswana) were the speakers for this international Sunday services. Pastor Rick speaking on “Obedience in Love”, pointed out that there are people in our church today that are struggling to give love and receive love. Just like God poured out His love for us, let’s pour out our love for other people. In essence, he was saying this is the time to love and it is the love that will keep us together.
Bishop Nchunga presented two separate individuals who both needed Jesus to attend to their issues. He gave testimony of how for 18 years he suffered from an eye problem but when he came to Jesus Christ, He heard his cry and healed him. He concluded that there may be people out there with a need, He encouraged such people to touch the hem of Jesus’ garment to be made whole. A lady in Jamaica had a lump in her left breast and after prayer the lump disappeared completely, we praise God for such results from Double Impact 6.

ST MAARTEN
We shout praises to the God of our father the Servant and Apostle of God, Dr. Ezekiel Guti for His faithfulness towards us and our Nation. This week we had a powerful week of Prayer, Bible study and Worship. Our Attendance Sunday: Children's church had 5 and our main service 7 adults and 6 children, 3 first-time visitors. After a powerful word, one adult gave their life to the Lord. Please continue to pray that the God of our father the servant and Apostle of God Dr. Ezekiel Guti, will continue to be with our Deacon as he does the work of God here in St. Maarten. Please continue to pray for the growth of FIFMI St. Maarten and for favour regarding our church building.

TRINIDAD & TOBAGO
There is so much joy in Trinidad as we celebrate our anniversary month and thank God for sending His servants to this nation. The atmosphere is charged up with flyers on social media to let people know about our church. God gave us a breakthrough by giving us a new believer in the most dangerous location, a man who loves God and is committed to the ministry. He even invited his relatives to come and experience the love he is seeing, to God be the glory. God has given us another woman from a far away location who begged the pastors to come and fellowship in her house teaching her more about the Word. There was joy, healing and deliverance took place and she invited her neighbors. Our Sunday service due to some venue hiccups was affected but we thank God that we are seeing the believers hungry for the Word as they call the Pastors now for the Word online and prayers. We continue to celebrate the 1st anniversary this whole month until the situation is conducive for us to meet. We thank God for the powerful international Sunday services they are indeed a strong support for our believers. Please for the strengthening and growth of the new believers.

GUYANA
We bless the name of the Lord for a blessed week. We thank God that on our morning devotional the believers are reading and studying the Word of God and it is bringing joy in their lives in times like these. We thank God that this week we saw the protection of God throughout our believers against a mighty wind which destroyed vegetation and other structures. We give glory to God that no life was lost during that terrible night. We were blessed during the International Sunday services and some were saying may God help us to have genuine love in the church and at home. Thank you for your prayers as you continue to pray for our nation.

ST KITTS
We are witnessing the goodness of the Lord every day in our assembly. Our Sunday service had an attendance of 38 people and three people gave their lives to Christ. Mid-week programs went well including the youth service attended by eleven members. By the grace of God we will be launching our children’s church next Sunday, the God of our father Apostle Ezekiel Guti gave us another hall which children will be using for their services.

NEVIS
Our Prayer groups met on Monday and Friday this week and Members got to lead in words of encouragement. Our Thursday Night Bible Quiz is becoming more and more popular as people are encouraged to read certain Books in preparation. Testimonies from the Quiz:
  • I didn't know the Bible but now I am reading and learning a lot from the questions and answers.
  • I was not interested in reading the Bible but now I have so much interest to read and know the Word.
During the week our Pastors and Chairing Elder visited some of our Members at their homes and prayed with them. They were very appreciative as activities are limited at our church building. Many of our members logged on to the two International Services while some listened to the audio message from Pastor Blessing Mutingwa which we posted on our local group forums. Service at our Church venue had 16 Adults, including 4 visitors, There was one baby Dedication and one person gave their heart to the Lord.

AUSTRALIA
From the 7th to the 12th of July, we held our first ever National Youth Conference completely online. Due to the current climate in the world, we were unable to meet in person, but the God of our Father opened the doors for us to explore other ventures. The youth were meeting at 5am for morning prayers in the lead up to the conference and every morning during the conference as well, with word shared by various youth members and youth advisors. We had people tuning in from Zimbabwe, Russia, China, Cyprus, United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis and many more. Our guest speakers were Pastors Hilary and Shamie Mwale from Cyprus and The National Administrators Reverends Charles and Emily Marango. Each night saw over 200 people tuned in from both Facebook and Youtube. The youth participated in challenges that created a great social media presence and allowed for people to be more tuned in to the conference. Despite living in such unprecedented times, we want to thank the God of Ezekiel for allowing us to have such a successful conference and the heavy impartation of the good food that was received throughout this conference.

TEACHING:  PART OF BABA & AMAI'S MESSAGE

Our father says, when he had his spiritual children talking about him and backbiting he became angry. This caused trouble for him when he wanted to preach because those people were sitting right in front facing him and yet they were not for him. He says I was angry and began to cry to God. God heard his cry because he is an intercessor. God wanted to destroy the people and when our father realized it he said, no Father God, I don’t want you to destroy them. Then he started to weep and say I am wrong. I am sorry Father God forgive me for my anger. This shows us that when you come into the place of an intercessor, you need to have a forgiving spirit all the time so that you can be a good, effective intercessor....TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
