Dear Friends

Announcement: Please note that the Male Pastors Conference is only for young male pastors and those whose wives are going to the young female pastors conference. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

USA
It was a great day of Jubilation as our father Apostle Dr. E.H Guti visited Dallas Forward in Faith in USA. Attendance was 117 adults, 46 children including 7 visitors. There was such joy when 4 of the visitors committed to making Forward in Faith their home church. Baba taught the church on how to relate with their pastors and the importance of leaders knowing the rules and policy of the church. He also encouraged cell groups as a way of expanding the church and the importance fellowships as people beak bread after church. Lastly the importance of pointing people to Jesus. We thank God for allowing the servant of God to be in our city .

Harare
University Graduates Fellowship (UGF) FIF gathered on Sunday for their  Big Sunday Missions Launch  in attendance were 250 Graduates both postgraduates and undergraduates from all Universities across Zimbabwe. The Guest  Speaker was Apostle Dr. Eunor Guti who spoke about the need for graduates to count it a blessing to be in ZAOGA FIFMI where we have a man of God who travels country to country preaching the gospel to the lost souls. She empasized the need and importance of working missions and supporting Baba  “I might not go but my money will go therefore, I will also receive the same reward like the one who has gone to preach”
She encouraged us to work missions the way we  worked talents not taking the salary. The purpose of talents was to to train us in business!!! Lastly she talked about forgiveness. If Jesus Christ forgave us on the cross, who are we to hold grudges? One lady gave her life to Christ. 4 guys came to seek forgiveness with their fathers after prophecy.
The ministry is working  missions and the day was dedicated to unveil the countries each university will sponsor throughout the year by God’s grace.

Nyanyadzi
We thank God for the prayer service that was held on Saturday in Nyanyadzi coordinated by DP Danga following the demonstration that was done by Nyanyadzi residents against the 4 teachers who were said to be responsible for initiating over 400 students into satanism. The riot police had to come and disperse the angry residents and this resulted in the accused teachers being stopped from duty up to this day. All this was aired national radio, television and newspapers. This prayer service was done to counter the devil ‘s satanism activities and many other evil that was going on in the area. The local leadership was behind this because they had been disappointed by the false prophet whom they had invited from Gokwe to try and deal with the situation and had failed. They agreed to seek help from Jesus Christ. The service attracted over 1000 people in attendance including the Headman and all his officials 10 village heads, 2 school heads, business people, 2 members of parliament Hounorable Chikuni who is also an elder in Nedziwa region, Hounorable Mrs Matsikenyere with her husband and officials. DP Danga delivered a powerful preaching on the key note address explaining the purpose of the gathering which left the gathering in high spirit and great expectation. Pastor Ngove a Scripture union representative also preached very well. DP Danga came back to the stage because the  Manicaland E.F.Z chair the guest speaker had been delayed. The DP explained the importance of FIFCAHSM (Forward In Faith College And High School Ministry) and its purpose then he invited sinners to Christ. 108 people repented. 60 people were delivered from satanism spirits, witchcraft, marine spirits, spiritual husbands and spiritual wives. The villagers were left convinced that surely there is a solution in God. Everyday students are passing through the DP’s house for counselling and deliverance. We have also been offered a class at Nyanyadzi secondary school to attend Church service as ZAOGA, operating from the base.  Thanks to the God of Baba Guti for such a breakthrough.

Let’s hear the results of prayers around the world:

St Kitts
We thank God for a wonderful week of doing the work that He has commissioned us to do. We had 6 persons at our Monday prayer. Tuesday our Ladies day of prayer saw the women of God showing up for midday prayers and again in the evening for prayers and teachings from the Pastor. Our Wednesday bible study is growing, we are now going to have a third home bible study group and one for the worship team and musicians. After teachings on soul winning we will be going to the streets of the city this Friday with flyers and the word to embark on witnessing to those who are in need of a Savior, this will be followed by Friday prayers. We are anticipating great results. The Pastors and Elders are continuing their home visitation to encourage the saints in their growth and development, and to meet new persons as they go around. Sunday service was awesome, we had a first time visitor who re-dedicated her life to Christ, all praise and thanks to the God of our father Ezekiel. There were 15 persons in attendance, 14 of which are fully committed to Forward In Faith.
Please continue to pray for us as we embark on our soul winning ministry so that God can add persons to the Kingdom.

Nevis
We want to thank God for the foundations laid by all of the Pastors and Missionaries who have been carrying out the vision of our Parents the Apostles, Dad and Mum Guti to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel”, FIFMI Nevis has seen growth in its leaders with a new Team of Elders and Deacons recently named. Pastors Chris and Sesie Mutsigwa’s focus of building a successful church and kingdom have left Nevis in the capable hands of leaders who are committed to carrying on the vision.  Wednesday night’s bible study and prayer was a powerful move of God and a transformation of members. Pastor Shepherd journeyed to Nevis to join with the church and what an awesome powerful soul stirring time there was. After an explosive Praise and Worship led by Sister Nicolene, the word was delivered. Some of the testimonies:

  •  One member saw God work in a tremendous way as God stepped in and took control of a shortfall of cash that was anticipated for her Grandchild’s travel was not needed.  God ushered him through without paying for baggage, overweight or companion travel.
  • Another member testified about God’s Peace in the midst of the storm with family members fighting  Praise God!

As we get ready to welcome our incoming Pastors we pray for a safe journey, We pray for our lunchtime Ministry that it will continue to grow and we pray for the FIFMI Family around the world.

Barbados
We give glory and honour to the Most High God! His grace is truly abounding here in Barbados.  Of late, the Lord has been adding new people to the church, and for this, we are humbled. This week, a total of 2 souls came to Christ. Glory to God!  We thank God for a drummer who has been added to our Praise and Worship team. The pastoral team continued with home visitations and counseling throughout the week.  Wednesday morning Counseling and Deliverance session we witnessed the bound being set free. Other  midweek services continued as usual.
Sunday Service attendance was 49 people including children, despite a number of our members who are away for vacation. Praise and worship was awesome indeed.  Pastor Helen delivered a powerful a message and service ended with  a wonderful time of fellowship with eats and drinks. Some testimonies:

  •   A woman said she prayed for her daughter to get a job.   The company requested for a police clearance and she was told her it would take 2 months.  The woman told her daughter to return back the next day.  She did so and was given the report by the same police that had told her to return in two months!
  • A woman said she had been having issues and challenges at work with co-workers but God was so faithful and had fought on her behalf.

Please continue to pray for us in the area of spiritual and numerical growth.

Miami
Miami for Jesus! Weekly services went well. We enjoyed a time of fellowship when Overseers Kahwema and pastors Mutsigwa from St Kitts and Nevis passed by enroute to Zimbabwe. Our weekly services went well. The Church fellowshipped with our neighbors as one of believers was celebrating their birthday. The believers enjoyed the Friday night prayer. On Sunday we basked in God’s presence during worship time. Glory to God.  We are praying for a church hall. We are seeing the hand of the God in the miraculous and in answered prayers. Thank you all for the fervent prayers.

Sweden
Sweden for Jesus. We want to thank the God of Ezekiel for such a blessed week. On Saturday we had our first National outreach in the central of Stockholm. 15 people attended and we gave out flyers and we talked with people about the love and saving power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Even though many people were cold in spirit and didn’t want to receive the flyers or even talk to us but God gave us grace and we had time to speak with some people. 5 people gave their lives to the Lord and we managed to pray for some people. We really thank God for the unity, oneness and love that was seen among the saints during the soul winning.
On Sunday Service attendance was 28 people including children and 3 new adults worshipped with us for the first time. We give God all the glory for the great things He is doing here in Stockholm.

Australia
Australia Youth had the national youth conference last weekend with Evangelist Enoch and Virginia Tigere as our speakers. 153 youth were in attendance. Faith clinic was conducted and many youths were delivered from bad habits addictions and familiar spirits. 4 people were Water Baptised, 9 Holy Spirit filled and one new convert. After the speaker on praying for the man of God, the youths took to the knees praying for our father. There was a great revival in the conference. Some of the miracles:

  • A girl who came to the conference with a reccuring ankle injury that was troubling her for 2 years was prayed for during the deliverance night. The knee was completely healed and she can now walk perfectly.
  • One boy rolled his knee during sports time in the afternoon, and his knee had swollen up. When he was prayed for during deliverance and the knee came back to normal and pain is gone completely.

Zambia
The Zambia National youth leadership seminar took place from 6-9 July, 2017 with 150 leaders from districts and provinces. We had international youth Directors Overseer Carls & Skaa Manyati who gave powerful teachings. More than 12 people were filled with the Holy Spirit and some where refilled. Many people where  delivered from ancestral spirits.

Proclaim Sydney- Gospel Music Festival
Our National Worship Centre in Sydney Australia this Saturday was the host to the first ever interdenominational Gospel Music concert- Proclaim Sydney. The vision of Proclaim Sydney was birthed by FIFMI New South Wales after encouragement from the pastors with the burden to win souls for Jesus through music and to showcase our newly completed National worship Centre. This concert was organised in conjunction with other local pastors and gospel ministers in the Sydney Region. The concert had over 153 performers including 5 recording artists and 6 choirs from various churches. 41 Pastors were present with over 600 people in attendance representing 69 nationalities and 43 churches around Sydney. The climax of the concert was the “Proclaim Sydney” prayer for the city as all pastors and congregation joined hands as one and prayed for salvation in Sydney followed by a powerful delivery of the word by Evangelist Enock Tigere saw 17 souls saved and many healed of sickness and disease.
The event was of great magnitude with many pastors and leadership impressed with influence of FIFMI outreach in the community. It was well organised and a tremendous success. There was a great atmosphere of joy and love and many requested that this become an annual event moving forward.
This was the largest gathering at our worship centre since its dedication by Apostle Dr. E.H. Guti in September last year. We saw truly the God of Ezekiel confirming his word. Through the faithful working of Talents, we are now experiencing the year of having at our very own worship centre, as the event was a spectacular debt free, admission free concert. We saw our centre transformed into a worship lighthouse in Sydney as many worshipped the Lord in freedom and in spirit and truth-we Give glory to God.
We thank the Lord for the leadership of our Pastoral team; Overseers Patrick and Talent Cavanagh and Pastors Michael & Rosa Dooley, together with all the saints who worked tirelessly in making this concert weekend a success.

TEACHING:    PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

2 Kings 6:1-7 (read)
Everyone had an axe to cut down the trees but another man went to another family and asked for an axe and was told to bring it back. The axe head fell and he yelled that it was borrowed. Elisha throws a stick into the water and the iron axe head came up. We know that iron doesn’t float but in this passage it did. Why was this miracle written here? It’s for us to know that the word of God can cause iron to float in water.
If you believe I’m your spiritual father, follow me as I follow Christ. If you’ve never seen a miracle it’s because you are lazy.
I used to be ignorant about angels taking care of us. Now I know they’ve been assigned to take care of us. When I lose my glasses, I call ‘Angel’ then we find them in the same place we looked earlier. When Jesus was in trouble angles came to minister to Him. The system of the world is of the devil so God sent angels to protect us. Educate yourself in the things of God then you will see things you haven’t seen. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
