August 21, 2017

Dear Friends

Sunday August 20, 2017 finally arrived, the long awaited trip to Israel has begun. 210 people from Australia, Botswana, Canada, Mozambique, Namibia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, USA and Zimbabwe joined the Apostles of Jesus Christ Prof Ezekiel H. and Dr. Eunor Guti on the historic ZAOGA FIF pilgrimage to Israel. This a special trip celebrating the fulfillment of 1957 prayer for Africa, the 1963 prophecy to preach in Jerusalem, 1972 first visit to Israel and 1993 fulfilment of the prophecy to preach in Israel. This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes. Upon arrival the tour started and will continue until August 28, 2017. Let’s keep them in prayer.

Let’s hear the results of prayers around the world:

St Kitts
The God of our father Ezekiel is faithful through and through. We had a wonderful week with our Monday prayers going on well as the church joined all FIF members in fasting and interceding for our father and lost souls to come to Christ. Women are meeting for both Tuesday intercessory prayer and for ladies’ teachings. Our Wednesday Home bible study groups are smoothly flowing and our desire is to open more and more as a soul winning strategy. This week we are launching another group at the mission house as we have already set everything in place. Fridays have been dedicated for one on one soul winning outreach for the whole church and we have already started harvesting the fruits as the new members are growing stronger. Sunday service had 25 people; 20 adults and 5 children. We had an awesome time of fellowship in the Holy Spirit. Our praise and worship team is growing stronger and stronger in every service. The God of Ezekiel accorded us an opportunity to market our church live on the Freedom Radio Studio sharing the history of FIFMI to the people of the federation of St Kitts and Nevis. Pastors together with elders Owen and Sharon Warde were live on Freedom Radio Studio here in St Kitts as we are preparing for our big Sunday to be hosted in Nevis. We ask for prayers for the growth of our church as we believe God for more souls.

Barbados
We had an awesome week here in Barbados. We want to thank the God of our father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for sending us Overseer Abisha Mushango who arrived on Wednesday morning. He immediately joined the team in home visitation from Thursday to late Saturday evening with Pastors Emmanuel and Jacqui Chuck who worked tirelessly even though they were leaving Sunday morning. 40 people attended our Sunday service. Pastor Victory preached a powerful message about the Blood of Jesus using Baba’s books. Some of the testimonies:
  • We had a 7-year old boy who recited the whole alphabet using scriptures and biblical statements derived from the Word of God.
  • There was great deliverance on Thursday and one lady received Jesus.
  • 3 people received Jesus on Sunday.
We continue to ask for your prayers for numerical and spiritual growth.

Miami
Weekly services went well. Friday bible study and prayer was held at the mission house as usual. There was a lot of concentration and pressing in. We had a good Sunday service here in Miami with feedback from the conference about knowing our church history. Glory to God! We enjoyed fellowship after the service. Thank you for the heartfelt prayers of spiritual and numerical growth.

Boston
What an awesome and anointed weekend of miracles in Boston. We were truly favored by God’s grace in having Evangelist Ezekiel Guti Jr. We had services on Friday, Saturday night and Sunday morning. On Saturday night we had a night of miracles service at the Crowne Plaza Hotel were it all began about 2 years ago when FIF Boston was planted by the great Apostles of Jesus Christ Archbishop Ezekiel and Eunor Guti. The turnout was 70 people at its highest. These are some of the testimonies:
  • Many were delivered from depression and anxiety.
  • 2 ladies were instantly healed from stomach cramps.
  • One lady was healed from chemotherapy side effects.
  • 6 people gave their lives to Christ with 2 rededicating their lives as well. They are all to be water baptized.
There was such a powerful manifest move of the Holy Spirit with deliverance taking place. The church was revived and recharged. On Sunday the evangelist taught about seeking the kingdom of God first and the rest will follow.
After the Sunday service we had fellowship at the mission house with food and laughter and later he met with the Elders and deacons where he taught and encouraged about cell groups, soul winning and importance of using the books written by our father. He laid hands and released a special blessing on each leader individually.

Philippines
We want to thank God for His grace and for your prayers once again. This past week we managed to have Bible study with one of our believers who stays in another town with three people. During the closing prayer in that house pastor Sarah received a word of knowledge for the believers which encouraged the believers. On Friday we had prayer with two locals. On Saturday, we went around town distributing flyers.
Our Sunday service was attended by 12 locals, 4 of them being children and 8 adults and we had fellowship with the believers soon after the service. We still believe God for souls to come. We thank you that you continue to pray for us so that we can have people who will stay as we engage in various soul winning activities.

Malaysia
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel. we are seeing the great and mighty hand of God here in F.I.F Malaysia.  We continue to see more new people coming for church services, after much prayer. Last week a girl who didn’t have money testified that she declared the exact amount that she wanted after hearing the word about the kingdom of God. She later received a text that someone had sent her the exact money. Glory to God!
Attendance has been ranging between 31 and 40 people. This Sunday we had DP Zvizvai from Harare City Christian Centre International who visited and ministered powerfully and full of the anointing of God. Deliverance took place and many believers were set free. People were delivered from the spirit of heaviness and depression and many felt the joy of the Lord, who previously had been worried about getting a financial breakthrough, and getting school fees.
Later on the pastor laid hands on every believer blessing the church. The whole church then started praying and then people started speaking in new tongues, believers were filled with the Holy Spirit and there was great joy. DP Zvizvai later on encouraged the church to be united, to grow in the fear of the Lord and to keep the word of God and encouraged the Elders to continue taking care of the church of God. We thank the God of Ezekiel for a word in season that has lifted up the church to another level. We are kindly asking for prayers to be able to win local Malay people to the Kingdom of God.

Germany
The newly born assembly at Hannover is making pleasing progress. A total of 9 people attended church service during which 2 ladies gave their lives to Jesus after the word of God was shared on salvation. Also in attendance was a Polish white lady, the employer of one of the church members. This guest promised to keep coming, whenever she finds time.
Meanwhile, a young man from Zimbabwe was added to the assembly in Berlin.
On Wednesdays, both assemblies conduct home bible studies. Every Friday, members of both assemblies together hold a prayer band over Skype. This prayer is yielding powerful testimonies. Glory be to the God of Ezekiel, who is doing things in Germany.

Australia
We give praise and glory to the Lord our father Professor Apostle Ezekiel Guti who allowed us to meet for our Provincial Family Convention which was held in Alice Springs from 11 – 13 August 2017. Alice Springs is about 1500 km away from Darwin (Northern Territory). Evangelist Harold and Pastor Samaris Phillips being the resident pastors there. We had believers travelling from Darwin, Katherine, Alice Springs and the surrounding region of Alice Springs. It was the first time we where having a conference of this nature outside Darwin our tradition meeting place. Some of our members were not able to attend due to work schedules. Alice Springs has a great potential of becoming one of the major centers for Forward in Faith in the Northern Territory (Northern Province).
The conference started on a high note, about 13 people (mostly indigenous) gave their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. The conference was characterized by the power of God, great deliverance and healing. We thank God for our Overseers Kenny Phiri and the rest of the speakers for powerful preaching of the word of God that has impacted many believers who attended the meeting. Arrangements are underway to conduct a baptism for those who gave their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. Our highest attendance was 78 on Friday night and Sunday service had 48 people. We could not maintain a consistent number of attendees as transport was not available to pick up some of the indigenous members from their respective communities. We hereby request prayers so that God may cause those who gave their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ to commit to church activities.

Acts 2:42-47
Your church is like a business, people come and you are quick to have them go home. Churches even without good preaching can grow with fellowship.
Love one another. People are full of problems. People are lonely they don’t trust people. When you love them they will open up their hearts and you can help them. When running church with your family – you need to tell them it’s not theirs. Pastors children see bad people and criticize people and if you don’t destroy that spirit you will lose them. You need to train them that this church is for everyone so you don’t lose them. When running an assembly encourage your children to do something in the church and to love members.  God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
