Dear Friends

Santo Domingo for Jesus! Wednesday night our mother Dr. Eunor spoke on the Holy Spirit and seven people received the baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Wednesday night we had a total of 78 people. They were distributed as follows 45 adults and 33 children. Seven other individuals received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. On Friday Night the apostle and servant of God declared that God had sent him to bless the nation. Apostle Eunor spoke about the restoration of dominion to human kind through Jesus Christ.  Prayer being a key to operating in the kingdom of God. A building block of the Christian life is prayer. There was 42 adults and 51 children coming to a total of 93 people.

Sunday morning: Pastor Emmanuel  taught on water baptism preparing the people for baptism. 11 people gave their lives to Christ. It is exciting to see many youths coming to the Lord. Immediately following the morning service we held a baptism service at a swimming pool where 32 people got water baptised. We had a total of 59 people, 45 adults and 14 children in attendance. God continues to send new people resulting in more people being saved in every service. We witnessed a great harvest as 27 people received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. The evening service was interrupted by incessant rains. However, by the grace of God we still had decent attendance. Seeing new people braving the rains to attend church is a powerful manifestation of the hunger they have for God. We had 39 people, 34 adults and 5 children. The Lord added another 4 souls into His kingdom. This week cell group leaders will receive training and instruction. Pray for the registration process which has begun that all the stages move with speed and without hitches.

News from around the globe:

Jamaica
The God of our father is continually confounding us here in Jamaica as He is drawing people unto Himself. The numbers for both mid week and Sunday Services are on the rise. There is evident hunger for the fresh and truthful teachings from the word of God and from the books by our father. We see new people in almost every service complementing the old believers.
On Wednesday 29 people including children attended the service, and on Friday 35 adults and children attended the service. In this service one lady gave her life to the Lord Jesus. People were delivered from the spirit low self esteem after Mrs Lisa Dillon had testified about her experience at the Today’s Woman Conference in Zimbabwe. All the three ladies who travelled to Zimbabwe for this conference had their lives greatly transformed and shared powerful testimonies with the church.
On Sunday 43 people including children attended the morning service, and the Holy Spirit moved mightily and people were delivered from various conditions and some vomitted as they were prayed for. In the evening service a record number of 45 adults and 9 children attended the service. Two ladies gave their lives to the Lord Jesus. The sick and afflicted were prayed for and healed from various infirmities including back aches, sore feet, and stomach pains. Some were delivered from the spirit of poverty. We give glory to God for the support and prayers of the Apostle and Servant of God and our mother, and also for the prayers of all the intercessors of FIMI all over the world. Amen!

Cayman Islands
The two Wednesday night Bible study groups are thriving, as well as the Friday evening prayer meetings.  Sunday’s attendance was 26 people, 20 adults and 6 children.  We have been seeing the hand of God on the Praise and worship ministry.  During practice, the Spirit of God fell and we ended up doing an all night prayer meeting that was not planned.  It was truly a great time of refreshing.  Believers continue to testify on great breakthroughs and blessings they are experiencing since the Apostles planted the church.  We begin this new week with much anticipation of the arrival of Overseers George and Love River from Atlanta, Georgia.

Boston
This week 36 people were in attendance, 27 adults and 9 children. There were 2 new people.  7 active members had accompanied the resident pastors to Dallas, Texas for their farewell and Home talents celebrations. Overseers Joseph and Daisy Kativu were the guest speakers in Boston this weekend. The church in Boston was blessed with their powerful teaching. Meanwhile those who travelled with the pastors to Dallas learned a lot from the Dallas church. The church is very excited and zealous to learn new things.

USA
God is indeed a God of miracles. From under the gum tree in Bindura to USA. In early October, Forward In Faith – USA closed on the purchase of a building that will become our National Center after interior modifications are made. It is a 17,000 square foot, one floor building that was formerly a warehouse and showroom. It has been well-maintained by the prior owners. It is located in a multi-cultural neighborhood and we think we will have the opportunity to reach out to many local residents in our ministry.
It has good offices already built; a kitchen and dining area in the offices, and a large area that the former owner built to accommodate a commercial kitchen when we are ready to install it. The air conditioning and heating is very efficient.
At this time we are working on floor plans so that we will make good use of the space to provide for a large sanctuary, a foyer and fellowship area; a youth meeting area; children’s ministry rooms; bookstore; and plenty of storage space. We look forward to moving in after all the construction work. Praise the Lord!

New Zealand

Christchurch held a crusade that saw an attendance of 49 adults and 22 children on Friday rising to 85 adults and 31 children on Sunday. A total of 7 people were saved and 7 people were baptized in the Holy Spirit. One family of 5 committed themselves to FIFMI. Many people were prayed for and some of the miracles witnessed are:
1. One lady testified of receiving mental healing.
2. A lady travelled 500km together with her husband for the crusade. She had had a tumour removed but still got a negative report and was experiencing pain. She testified after being prayed for that the pain was gone and she believes the report will no longer be negative. The couple have also opened up their home for the work of God. Hallelujah

Cyprus
The flag of Forward in Faith is flying high on the Island. This weekend in Cyprus we had our first outreach conference. We started on Thursday through to Sunday. Our father sent us Pastor Richard Sabvute who was tremendously used by God. A record 203 people responded and the hall was packed  on Sunday. 7 Turkish young people came and left their numbers for further communication and they said they enjoyed the service. The spirit of joy is full in the believers. 1 person received Jesus Christ and more are committing to make FIFMI their spiritual home. Thank you for your prayers.

Botswana
We saw the hand of the Lord at Block 8 District on Sunday. After Dr Atoria Gudyanga ministered and taught on the kingdom of God  from the book “Hidden treasure…”, God moved in a mighty way. 142 people rededicated their lives to Christ. Many testified seeing the servant and Apostle of God in church. We give Glory  to the almighty God of our father. This weekend we a having  our Annual General Meeting (National council ) and we need prayers.

  2. Pray that the churches in Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Pakistan continue to grow. Pray for the processing of the registration of FIFMI Cayman Islands, and Pakistan

May God grant grace for a large turn out over the convention period, a joyful and celebratory atmosphere and many souls come to the Lord.
  5. Pray that God stirs up hearts for a 200kVA generator for the Mbuya Dorcas Hospital. So far the quotes we have range from $35,000 – $37,000.
  6. Praise God for the success of Home Talents and celebrations that are going on this month all over our FIFMI churches.
  7. Pray for God’s grace to prevail in your nation.

          TEACHING:    PART OF AMAI’S MESSAGE

The message on Baba’s heart is for the church to be in the kingdom of God. A leader must first be in the kingdom of God then the church will follow. This teaching comes from the book “The hidden treasure in the kingdom of God”. Righteousness means the ability to stand in the presence of God without sense of guilt, condemnation or inferiority. The old gospel encourages us to remain in Christ in order to enjoy the kingdom of God in heaven. But we thank God for a revelation of the kingdom of God on earth. This kingdom of God is meant to be enjoyed by you and me right here on earth. It is for us to have a better life. The kingdom of God is the rule of God in our hearts.
The future kingdom is when we will have eternal bodies. People full of problems can’t please God. The Kingdom is full of hidden treasure. The kingdom needs much prayer to understand because its a mystery. The kingdom of God is contained in the word. The Holy Spirit opens our spiritual eyes to see the hidden treasure of the kingdom that is in the word.

Col 1:12 “giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.” We need to operate in the kingdom of God in everything we do. Even talents need to be worked in the kingdom of God. In order to operate in the kingdom, one needs to be born again as the first step. God Bless You.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
