Apostles Update Week 51

Dear Friends,

Season's greetings!

We praise God for He keeps covenant and mercy, we thank Him for His faithfulness, provision and protection of the saints of ZAOGA FIFMI all over world in this year 2020. Indeed it was a different year as our father, the great Apostle of Jesus of Christ, Archbishop Ezekiel Guti had forewarned us. We would have lost hope unless we believed we would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

The year kicked off with the 49^th International Pastors Deeper Life Leadership Conference in Zimbabwe where pastors were reminded to work on their character as they watch over the flock in a year where everyone has to make sure their relationship is right with the Lord.

We then saw the advent of the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19 which became a global pandemic resulting in national lockdowns and a trying time for the church of God. However, in all these things we were more than conquerors through Christ Jesus, we saw the world and ZAOGA FIFMI adapt into the new normal as church services and other ministry events were now being held online. This was being done through platforms such as Zoom, Whatsapp and more than ever we appreciated having our own Ezekiel TV which became a lifeline in a spiritually dry season were the church was not allowed to gather. International Sunday Live broadcasts became our source of spiritual nourishment through the services featuring timely messages from a variety of speakers and at one stage we were experiencing Double Impact with two speakers of the Word of God every Sunday.

Forward in Faith kept marching on despite restrictive conditions; from humble beginnings under a gum tree to 154 nations and states, in 2020 we celebrated 60 years of God’s grace. It was our Diamond Jubilee, our Father’s 97^th birthday and we also celebrated his 72 years of non-stop preaching the undiluted gospel of Jesus Christ. Although in lockdown the gates of hell did not prevail, the celebrations continued as we welcomed a new FIFMI baby in the Caribbean- St Maarten in the first half of the year then later we welcomed another FIFMI baby Morocco in North Africa. The team at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University are grateful to have managed to hold their colourful 4^th graduation ceremony while Mbuya Dorcas Hospital embarked on projects to improving their facilities with more theatres, a Renal unit, a dental unit and consultation suites.

Thank you for your faithful and continual prayers for the Servants and Apostles of God, Professor E.H Guti and Dr. Eunor Guti. The grace of God has brought us this far and we believe His grace will carry us into 2021. This is our last update. See you after the Ten days prayer and fasting, by the grace of God. Send us testimonies of what God will have done during the ten days.

Thanking God for His Angel that continues to encamp round about those who fear Him and protects the saints around the world from the Covid 19. Thanking God for continuing to heal those who are infected.
Thanking God for journey mercies as people travel during this holiday season. Thanking God that there are no accidents or mishaps.
Thanking God for the grace to intercede in the upcoming Ten Days Prayer and Fasting.
Thanking God for your nation.

Colossians 3:14 "But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection"

Love is a bond of perfection. Love will cover a multitude of sins, love will cause me to exercise self-control and forgive others and as I do that godliness will come my way. It is mothers who cause godliness to be in our home, it comes by dealing with our lives and by exercising tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering. Respect to my husband clothes the home. Do you know there is somebody who can be a great intercessor but when she gets to the husband she doesn’t respect him. She can say a lot of things and when it is like that there is no way God is going to bring godliness into your life - our father wrote a book called “Respect that Brings Godliness”. In some homes the atmosphere shows that there is no godliness especially because of the bad character. Let's work on our character. God bless you.
