Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 29

Dear Friends,
Pastor Beverly Zhou (Zimbabwe)’s testimonial preaching on “God and His Word” highlighted how she struggled with chronic depression was even hospitalized, prescribed medication and counseling. She described depression as an overall of feeling that you have a bad life which will then affect your emotions. Following Apostles Ezekiel and Eunor’s teaching that “everything is in the Word of God” is what delivered her from chronic depression. It’s difficult to know and understand the character and power of God outside of His Word. It is easier to believe lies, bad news than the truth but one has to make a decision to believe the Word of God. That’s where the power lies. She quoted our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti from his book Foundations, "the scriptures should be read, heard, studied, believed, searched and memorized." The key is in consistency. Our problem is that we don’t truly spend time in the Word of God. The Word of God is Jesus Christ and He is the one who impacts our daily life. If we believe Him, our situations will change for the better. It may not be immediately but it will happen.
We thank the good and ever faithful God of our Father Professor Ezekiel H. Guti for His mighty hand that we continue to see here in Morocco. Last week with great joy the Church welcomed back Evangelist Enock and Pastor Vee Tigere. We are continuing with our weekly interactive Bible Studies and fellowship and this week we saw the Lord adding more people, we give glory to God. Ladies continue to meet every Tuesday for prayer with Pastor Vee sharing powerful teachings and encouraging ladies to intercede for their families and the work of God.14 gadgets managed to connect online for Friday Prayer. We had a powerful prayer session. Sunday service was awesome with 27 Adults and 4 Children in attendance. Evangelist Enock shared a powerful word and 5 new people received Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Glory to God. Thank you for your prayers.
We want to thank God for this week of prayer. We faced a bit of challenges in our midweek services with low turnout for prayers. Despite that we continued with our prayers and encouraged each other with the Word of God. One of our members was attacked severely with sickness and was hospitalized, we prayed in one accord as the church and we thank God that she’s now healed, glory to God. On Sunday we also had time to attend the international Sunday service and we were blessed.
To God be the glory great things He has done here in Guyana. On Monday we met for prayers and after the prayers the men of Integrity met to pray and were taught about being wise men by Pastor Oscar, 6 men attended. With joy pastor Cecila launched our Girls of Quality (GOQ ) on Thursday afternoon with 9 young ladies present. They were taught about how GOQ started. 42 people attended Friday service. Sunday was another awesome day with Word coming from Pastor Cecilia on being persistent in prayer. Three women gave their lives to Christ and are waiting to be baptised on Monday, and three others were prayed for. 69 persons attended the Sunday service. Continue to pray for us as are trusting in God for our own place of worship.
We thank the God of our Father Ezekiel Guti for His faithfulness. We are happy that the church is growing and many visitors have come made FIF Barbados their home church. Our midweek events went well notably Friday evening when we had a great Leadership meeting facilitated by our Pastor David Simango. He emphasized on working together with love and commitment. Sunday Service was so awesome. The devotion and the worship was powerful and deliverance was literally taking place during worship. There was such a sweet spirit in our midst. There were great testimonies of healing and provision. Elder Caroline also delivered a powerful word admonishing the believers to be committed & dedicated to God. Many were encouraged and blessed. Three Deacons were ordained to the office of Eldership. 46 people were in attendance. We thank you for your prayers.
We thank the God of Ezekiel for a life changing USA Youth and Young Adults National Conference. The virtual conference themed UNITED (Strength in Numbers) ran from July 22nd to 24th. Pastors Pheim Guti, Paul Arthurs and Hillary & Shamie Mwale were among the speakers. Friday night was the official opening night that celebrated the legacy and life of Miracles, Archbishops Ezekiel and Eunor Guti have demonstrated in the Kingdom of God. Saturday afternoon was a personal empowerment galore; Assistant professor Brian Warnecke gave a comprehensive training about career pathing and tips on choosing college programs and job prospects, life coach Joyce Mcmurran gave a motivational talk on purpose and vision. Pastor Hillary and Shamie Mwale gave us an anointed closing on Saturday night, as they charged the USA Youth and Young Adults to aim higher and move in the Christian Life Dimension to experience the kingdom of God. 5 young people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. We thank God for the new thing God is doing for USA Youth and Young Adults.
We held a successful and powerful virtual National Women’s Conference held from the 22nd- 24th of July. Themed Building Women of Character with an average attendance of 44 gadgets connected throughout the conference. Our guest speakers Overseer E. Matsikenyere, District Pastor S. Madimutsa and Pastor Carol Guti where highly used of God in delivering powerful transformational teachings on developing a Noble Woman, Character, Grooming, Talents, Marriage, Giving, and Personal development. We believe many where delivered from the spirit of poverty as Pastor Carol ministered deliverance at the end of the conference. The conference was wrapped with an emotional moment as we received a word of encouragement and prayer from our Father, the Servant and Apostle of God, Professor Ezekiel Guti pronouncing a blessing on the nation of Kenya. We appreciate all the prayers you continuously offer unto God on our behalf.
We want to thank the God of our father for the continual growth of Forward in Faith Mauritius. We are truly seeing the hand of God in our church and a great revival. We are enjoying the online services with a lot of lined up speakers that are sharing and encouraging us every week, under the leadership of our Overseers Prosper and Tekna Mutumbwa and the board of Elders. This last Sunday we had Evangelist Carol Guti, who shared powerfully with us on the power in the name of Jesus. On average, we are having about 25 devices logged in during our services. We also have midweek prayer and Bible study sessions, as well as Tuesday prayer for ladies. The church is growing and revived. We also thank God for the progress we are realizing in the church registration. After our Sunday service, we want to thank God for an encouraging message and prayer from our Father, Archbishop E.H Guti. We feel strengthened.
We thank God of our Father Professor Ezekiel Guti for all He is doing in Thailand. We had a service with 15 gadgets logged in and we are having online prayers daily and people are testifying the goodness of God. We have also launched Wednesday home Bible study and 12 gadgets joined. This Sunday we had a wonderful service. Some testimonies:
  • One man then testified on how they went for check-up with his pregnant wife and the doctors saw a cyst which needed to be removed urgently. She had an emergency operation which doctors had told him anything can happen but we thank God the op was successful the mother and baby are fine.
  • A young man who was eagerly waiting for authentication of his papers which were delayed because of Covid restrictions finally got the good news that his papers have been processed and now he can process his work permit.
  • Another woman praised God for miraculously healing her relatives and friends who had been admitted in critical conditions.
We were then encouraged to serve God wholeheartedly and to remain in the kingdom of God. All glory to God.

  5. Thanking God for your nation.
I’m putting you and giving you a way to be in the hands of Jesus.
Acts 20:32 "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified".
Paul says I commend you to Jesus and all his teachings.
Ezekiel is a servant, he has been sent to help you connect to Jesus. Some of you have been busy trying to please Baba Guti but the truth is you need to please God.
I’ve told you I’m not the owner of this church, I’m here to point you to Jesus Christ.
I want your eyes to look to Jesus, I’m a servant of Jesus Christ. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
