Dear Friends, MOROCCO Marrakech - We are celebrating the goodness of God having received overseers Abisha and Ann Forest who were sent as short-term missionaries to Morocco. We had a wonderful Sunday service and the church was highly encouraged when overseer Ann shared powerfully on the topic of serving God with a good heart. The service registered an attendance of 21 adults and 5 children. 2 individuals received Christ as their Lord and Savior. Casablanca - We thank the God of our father Apostle E. H. Guti for the continuing growth of the Casablanca assembly. Our Sunday service was attended by 24 adults and 1 child. Overseer Abisha delivered a life-transforming message on the fear of God. There was great joy in fellowship with the breaking of bread after the service. Our in-person and online Bible study groups and prayer services are continuing with good attendance. GUYANA We want to thank the God of our Father Archbishop Ezekiel H. Guti for His goodness towards Guyana Forward in Faith. On Sunday the church was on fire. Bible study was carried out by sister Wanda who continues to encourage us on the power of praise, it was a powerful interactive session followed by praise and worship. The word was ministered by Elder Grants who spoke about happiness and its importance. Mid-week services continue to grow. For the first time, we were able to have a fellowship and expo day where members came out in their numbers. We did a Bible quiz and people displayed their talent and also there was lots of food and drink. We thank you for your love and prayers. BARBADOS Blessing, honour, glory and power to the God of Ezekiel. What a wonderful time we had in the presence of God during the week. Bible Study continues to be informative and enlightening as we received teachings on the life and ministry of Jesus and soul-winning. On Sunday the glory of God came down in our midst as we worshipped Almighty God. Pastor James Leacock delivered a powerful message on the exchange of Jesus’ life for us, titled “We Must Not Wait for Daylight.” Believers re-dedicated their lives to Christ. In attendance were 29 Adults, 11 children and 3 persons on Zoom. 1 visitor included. Powerful testimonies were shared on the goodness and providence of God in the believers’ lives. Thank you for your prayers. Continue to pray for us as we pray for you. UNITED KINGDOM. The Single ladies along with our Pastor Mandonga hosted a national leadership seminar online from 17-18th February 2023. Speakers included Dr. David Simango, Pastor Kudzi Kahwema (USA) and Elder Chahweta. We had an average attendance of 60 leaders including ‘umbrellas’ across all sessions. Dr. David Simango laid the foundation on the first night as he reminded us about the value of a single woman and made emphasis on the importance of viewing ourselves the way God sees us for an assured victory. Pastor Kahwema taught about being well-rounded as a single woman. She touched on the importance of taking ownership of one’s own healing from past issues. Elder Chahweta taught specifically on financial matters. The seminar was a great success, and a new committee was elected and given charge to continue with the work of God as confident leaders. We bless the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for such an empowering seminar. SOLOMON ISLANDS We thank the God of our father Apostle Ezekiel H. Guti for our big Sunday. It was attended by 110 Adults, 80 youths, 52 young generation and 20 child evangelism members bringing us to a total of 280. 1 individual gave their life to the Lord, 4 people were water baptized, and the God of our father is a faithful God. We were amazed to see believers who were backslidden coming back to Forward in Faith Ministry. However, people are very geared to work home talents. We continue to have our weekly prayers and home cell groups, which are impacting the believers. We thank you so much for your love, and support in prayers. CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC Glory be to the God of our father Professor E. H. Guti for taking Central Africa Republic church where it is. This week we had an awesome three days of teaching on the theme of giving which ended on Sunday service with practical giving. The goal was to raise money for the instruments, the church was very happy giving to the Lord and we raised a lot of money for the instruments. In addition, 44 ladies presented plates as their gifts to the church. We need your prayers for the spirit of giving and talents to continue to be upon the church in CAR. Our attendance was attendance 125. The church enjoyed giving to the Lord and believers are happy to be working for their homes this year. This week:
TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI'S MESSAGE Isaiah 58 changed me. I didn’t read it to preach but it worked my life. Now I’m different. When you go and pray don’t lose your voice, talk to the spirits from your family, spirits that follow the bloodline, then you talk to God. There is no need to shout, God is not far away. He’s very near you. Talk to the spirits that hinder you… God bless you. |
We love you and are praying for you, Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai ZAOGA Forward In Faith Ministries Int. +263 777 282 356, +263 777 282 092 info@fifmi.org | www.fifmi.org |
