Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 60 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 8

Dear Friends,

ROMANIA
The God of Ezekiel is great, and His grace is sufficient at all times and seasons. We continue to have our services and cell groups as we salt the City of Bucharest. A believer testified that during a church service, God showed her a vision when Pastor Jeru was ministering on being true disciples of Jesus Christ in Forward In Faith Church. In the vision, it was revealed that from being a small gathering that we were in the service, the church will be filled with many people and it will grow into a big and well-known church in Romania. Another believer also testified and confirmed to have experienced the same vision concerning the growth and expansion of FIFMI Romania; and that some believers will be mightily used by God. Glory be to the almighty God of Ezekiel who continues to manifest in our midst for the expansion of His Kingdom in Romania.

MOROCCO
Casablanca - We give the glory to the God of our Father, Apostle E. H. Guti, for the grace abounding in assembly. We had a blessed Sunday service that was attended by 23 adults and 1 child. The messages taught during the time of bible study and preaching centered on dealing with offenses and having a heart of forgiveness. Many believers received help during the time of counseling and prayer. We had a time of fellowship with the breaking of bread after the service.
Marrakech - We thank the God of Father Apostle E. H. Guti for a wonderful week. Our discipleship service on Friday registered a record attendance of 21 adults. We had a powerful Sunday service with 21 adults and 6 children in attendance. Overseer A. Forest ministered powerfully on deliverance, and many sick people were prayed for. There was joy in fellowship after the service.

UNITED KINGDOM
We want to thank the God of our father Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti for allowing us as UK GOQ to meet physically for our Prayer Retreat. We had 65 girls from all Provinces from the 3rd to the 5th of March with the national girls' Director Pastor Cecilia, Overseer Talent Mayemu and Pastor Shami Mwale. The girls were taught on prayer and fasting using Isaiah 58. Our speakers touched on the importance of letting things go, the importance of talents, the importance of maintaining good relationships.
The waters were stirred and by Saturday evening the girls were pouring out during faith clinic. Glory to God for the deliverance that happened during the faith clinic. Surely as the girls' ministry in the United Kingdom, we can not remain the same with such powerful teachings. A total of 11 girls were baptised in the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues for the first time. We were empowered to go and be girls who know no limitations. We thank God for such a powerful prayer retreat.

GUYANA
We want to thank the God of our Archbishop Ezekiel H. for His goodness towards Guyana Forward In Faith. Mid-week services continue. Thursday, leaders meet to discuss the way forward in their various ministries. On Sunday the church was on the move, Bible study was a very interactive session followed by the powerful worship team. The word was ministered by Deacon Wesley; he demonstrated the power and protection under the covering of God. We thank you for your genuine love and prayers.

BARBADOS
We continue to give thanks and praise to the God of our father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for an awesome week throughout all of our meetings. On Sunday, we had a powerful Bible Study facilitated by Brother Calvert, and the ministry of the word was powerfully delivered by Deacon Jermaine. One young man gave his life to the Lord. It was truly an awesome day. There were 23 adults and 9 children in attendance and 5 persons on zoom.
Please continue to pray for us as we pray for you.

THAILAND
We give glory to the God of Ezekiel for His faithfulness in the nation of Thailand. This week we had a week of prayer and fasting and we met daily with local speakers delivering life-changing teachings. There was an average attendance of 40 people every evening. On Saturday we met for the first fellowship of the year as we celebrated one of our Elders’ daughters on her academic achievements. 18 people gathered onsite and others online as we shared food and laughter, there was a sweet spirit in our midst. On Sunday, we had a total attendance of 49 people, with 16 adults and 2 children onsite. The service was filled with the joy and presence of God. During Bible study Elder Matumbu taught the importance of receiving pastors from Baba’s book, Believer’s Guide for Blessings. Later deacon Nayamakope preached powerfully on the power of Jesus to calm storms that arise in our lives. It was a life-changing service and many attested to that fact. Some testimonies:
  • One lady testified that she had been denied entry into Cambodia and spent more than 5 hours waiting, but God made a way after the Overseers prayed for her and she was admitted into the country.
  • Several people testified how they miraculously got their work permits, teaching licenses, and visas through constant prayer offered up by the saints.
Many people testified of the healing they received when they were not feeling well and prayers were offered up for them. Thank you for praying for us as we pray for you

NIGERIA
We would like to thank the God of our father Professor E. H. Guti for the abundant grace upon Nigeria. Since the official opening of our miracle church, we are seeing great changes. People are coming to join us. Meanwhile, we have been seeing God in action since January. On the 3rd of March 2023, we received Bishop Mupanduki and Bishop Mutingwa with good news.
They were sent by our father to come and introduce the newly appointed Nigerian Overseers, Henry and Hellen Essene. On the 5th of March (Sunday) people gathered at the mother church, and all the 3 Assemblies were represented. A total number of 86 people were in attendance. We really thank God for the new development, Nigeria will never be the same again. Many thanks to our father and mother Professors Ezekiel and Eunor Guti for training our own Nigerian pastors in Zimbabwe for the past 5 years, we believe they have grasped the vision and they will impart it to the great nation of Nigeria. Thank you for praying for the nation of Nigeria. Forward ever.

UGANDA
We witnessed the graduation of the very first AMFCC Part-Time class in Uganda and in the East Africa Region. There was much joy in the Church and among the graduates to see the vision given to our father in 1967 finally getting fulfilled in this part of Africa. 8 students and their teachers were full of testimonies of how much their lives have been transformed after going through AMFCC, and the sacrifices they made to finish the 2-year programme. Our father sent us the International Director of AMFCC Part-Time Schools, Dr. Johnson & Pastor Cherish Mlambo to officiate the occasion. The Director and mama also spent the week encouraging the church in Uganda with a packed itinerary that included Leadership Seminars, Couples Workshops, teaching the 1st year class at AMFCC, pastor’s fellowship with the local pastors, home visitations, and preaching in services in Kampala and Kibuku regions. We appreciate the support that Uganda received from AMFCC Part Time South Africa, the office of the NEC, and the leadership of our father that is transforming our lives here in Uganda. The church is growing, and we are all striving to be good disciples who are rooted and grounded in the doctrine of our Church.

BOTSWANA
Glory to the God of our father, Professor E H Guti for our National Female Pastors Retreat which was held from 23 to 26 February and also concluded with a big Sunday for Greater Gaborone comprised of Block 8 and New Canaan Province. The Guest Speaker Overseer Eunice Matsikenyere taught powerfully on Isaiah 58 verse by verse and also on Home Talents. A total of 20 female Pastors attended the prayer retreat. Pastors testified that they were delivered from bitterness, grudges, controlling spirit and unforgiveness. Sunday attendance was between 400 to 500 and 2 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. Botswana will never remain the same again after these life-transforming teachings.

We thank God for our International Go Quickly office for sending us a powerful speaker Overseer Grace Mazuruse for our female pastors' prayer retreat held from 28 February to 2 March 2023.    TEACHING:  PART OF BABA & AMAI'S MESSAGE

People are people, poor and rich are all the same before God. Don’t segregate this one, just serve people poor and rich especially when you serve poor people God will bless you. You want to be known by people but let God see you. Love people, love poor people.
Serve people and do it as unto God not to be seen by people so God will bless you.
I’ve been doing that even giving people my clothes since I was young. If you are my disciple, why not do the same as me?.... God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
