Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 11

Dear Friends
We are saddened by the effects of Cyclone Idai in both Zimbabwe and Mozambique which left many people dead, others displaced and several missing. We also want to take this time to thank the ZAOGA FIF family who came together and donated money, foodstuffs and clothing to the disaster victims. Let’s continue to pray for the efforts to restore road networks and recovery of the bodies of those swept away by the storm as we also pray for the families that lost loved ones. Those who still want to help can contact our SG and EGUDE.
Egea Gospel Moving Team Braeside Revival Crusade
We had a wonderful Revival Crusade at Braeside International Christian Centre from Wednesday 20 March to Friday 22 March 2019 with Evangelist Caroline Guti and the EGEA GOSPEL MOVING TEAM carrying on the legacy that was left by Dr Ezekiel Guti Junior. Guest Evangelists Kudakwashe and Jackie Gwarimbo were also ministering. Evangelist
Carol opened the revival followed by Evangelist Kuda Gwarimbo on Thursday night. On Friday night we had a prophetic night with Evangelist Carol and Evangelist Kuda Gwarimbo sharing the pulpit. Here are some of the miracles, signs and wonders:
  • 5 people gave their lives to Christ
  • Several different kinds of healing took place
  • People who had pain suffering from back aches were instantly healed
  • There was deliverance ministered to the afflicted people
  • A couple was prophesied to with precision to challenges they were facing
It was great joy at Nashville FIFMI as testimonies of God’s hand in believers’ lives continued to pour. Even children had to share God’s goodness in their lives. Student Pastor Pheim concluded a powerful Bible Study series on Identity Crisis leading to a powerful praise and worship session. In attendance were 14 members of which 3 were children.
We thank the God of our father the Apostle E.H. Guti for the manifestation of his great hand in our nation Forward In Faith Ministries Mauritius. For the first time ladies had their meeting with 3 ladies in attendance and life changing teachings. We had a wonderful Friday prayer, attended by 6 adults and 5 children. We also held our first Girls’ fellowship on Saturday and 11 girls were present, there was so much excitement and a lot of sharing of the word, testimonies and teachings. This same spirit and excitement continued to our Sunday service which was hosted by the Girls’ ministry. The Sunday Service was attended by 21 people, 16 adults, 4 children and one baby. We had powerful Bible Study, Praise and Worship and the Word. We continue praying for church registration and a suitable venue. We give all Glory and Honour to God of our father E.H. Guti. We thank you all for your prayers as you continue praying for us.
Portmore: We thank the God of our father for the revival has brought so much joy, restoration and healing hurts. We are having new people in every meeting. Monday prayer attendance was 21, Wednesday Bible study had 29 & 3 gave their lives to Jesus. Friday Prayer & Praise service attendance was 26. Sunday morning service attendance was 47 and 3 persons gave their lives to Jesus. In the evening service attendance was 32 and 4 gave their lives to Jesus. In total 11 people gave their lives to Jesus this last week and counselling is happening almost every day. There are great testimonies of what the God of Ezekiel is doing in Jamaica. We thank Baba and Mama Guti for their prayers and love for Jamaica.
St Kitts
How we continue to thank the God of Ezekiel for His mighty hand here in St Kitts. Midweek services continue to be inspirational and members are being grounded in prayer and the word. Wednesday Bible Study had 10 people in attendance. Hospital outreach and fellowship saw one person giving her life to the Lord Jesus, Hallelujah. The presence of God was evident in our Sunday Service right from the worship through to the delivery of the word. It was all joy as one of the early members of the church rededicated her life to the Lord and recommitted herself and her baby to the Forward in Faith Family. It was also very emotional for the member and her grandmother to reconcile and forgive one another in the church after almost a year of not talking to each other due to seemingly irreconcilable differences. All Glory to the God of Ezekiel who is forever faithful. Please stand with us in prayers as the church will be moving to a new venue.
A sweet, sweet spirit is spreading throughout our Nevis FIF Family and it is causing an explosion in the church. Nevis is on fire for God as we continue to see our numbers grow with an attendance of a total of 46 persons at our worship on Sunday which included 30 adults and 16 Children. 4 New visitors joined us- encouraged by Members and what they had heard of FIFMI. Glory to God! Testimonies were filled with thanks and praise as people spoke of what God had been doing in their lives through prayer. What an awesome time in Praise and Worship as our newly structured Team stirred up an atmosphere of Worship never seen before. This was a perfect preparation for setting the atmosphere to receive Holy Communion after which we received the Word. Over the past week 5 people gave their hearts to the Lord and Water Baptism is scheduled for next week. Our 5 day Prayer and Fasting starts on Monday March 25 - Friday March 29th and we are expecting breakthrough in our finances and we continue to pray for a new Church Bus. Many members are finding it difficult to get transportation to get to church so we are appealing for help and praying and believing that funds will be provided for this effort. We also remember our Brothers and Sisters in Zimbabwe and Mozambique who suffered losses in the devastating Cyclone last week.
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel for the miraculous work He is doing in Barbados. On Tuesday 16 women attended the Go Quickly women's fellowship. We had a wonderful time of interaction and Pastor Florence preached a message entitled ‘A vibrant woman’, followed by a powerful prayer session. The women were so blessed. God is indeed changing our lives as the Deborah’s in Forward in Faith ministry Barbados. Our beloved Pastor David Simango gave life changing teachings on Wednesday & Friday that lead to repentance and transformation. Our Sunday Service was a service with a difference- we had a special International guest artist who gave a life changing testimony and ministered in song. We were so blessed. There were so many powerful testimonies of God's provision, healing, joy, restoration. A gentleman, who has been visiting for some time became a member. We had powerful sermons by our very own youth, Naomi & Crystal who blessed us tremendously. We really thank God for our visionaries Baba & Mama Guti for planting the seed of Forward in Faith in Barbados. The church was house full. We give all the glory and honor to God. Thank you for your prayers
Lilongwe Province would like to thank the God of our father for the coming of Overseer Martha Chinosengwa and Elder Kasambala to teach the School of Talents from 9-17 March. The Overseer taught interactively which made people to understand as they could ask questions. On Friday she taught at an assembly about 279 km from Lilongwe in Monkey Bay near Lake Malawi and on Saturday and Sunday 17 of March continued in Lilongwe. Among the subjects were: Having a Teachable Spirit, The Pattern of F.I.F, How Talents are Worked, Benefits of Talents, Giving the Right Way, Praying for the Servant of God and Declaring the Word of God. She then did the practical lessons by teaching believers how to make juice and also how to prepare roasted nuts. Elder Kasambala taught mainly on ministering with your substance. On our last Sunday a message sent by our mother Dr Eunor was read to us. This was powerful and life changing so much that after the School of Talents believers’ eyes have been opened they are now selling some juice and others some nuts. Hallelujah!
UK- North London Go Quickly Prayer Retreat
We started our prayer retreat on the 22nd -24th of March 2019 with 92 women in attendance. It was hosted by the provincial Overseer Evelyn Mujuruki and the guest speakers were Mama Bishop Greater Chikwawawa and our local female elders. The word of God was taught powerfully on obedience and giving with an understanding. We spent much time in prayer and seeking the face of God followed by a great move of the Holy Spirit and powerful presence of God throughout the prayer retreat. Many women were ministered to and powerful testimonies were given on how God transformed some difficult situations in their families as they continued to pray and work Talents towards completing the UK National Centre.
UK Girls Of Quality
We want to thank the God of father Apostle E.H.Guti who allowed us to gather as the United Kingdom Girls of Quality. We “Checked in” for the first ever National Girls Prayer Convention hosted by our National Director Overseer Cecilia Zezani with over 145 girls in attendance including those from other churches. We met from the 22nd  to the 24th of March 2019 in Milton Keynes and were honoured to have Rev. Dr. Mabel Samasuwo as the Guest speaker. She shared the Word of God throughout the retreat using the book written by our father Professor E.H Guti called “Girls Fellowship Daughters of the Vision”. This led to many girls being delivered and participating in Faith Clinic.10 girls received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and 9 girls received the gift of the Holy Spirit. We were also educated on Career Choices, Mentorship, Forgiveness, Praying for the Servants and Apostles of God and Personal Identity. In addition, after being encouraged as young Eunor's to be like our mother Dr. Eunor Guti who always supports the work of God financially- the girls managed to give for Talents towards the UK National Centre as the retreat came to an end. All glory and honour to God.

Matthew 13:24-30. 24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” ’ ”
The Kingdom of God is like the parable of wheat and tares. Does the one who is a tare know they are a tare? Jesus said don’t cut down until harvest because they are very similar. People who don’t fear God can sin and still continue to serve God without repenting until someone finds out. That is a sign there’s no fear of God. When the spirit of lust moves, if you are not strong it will affect you. One year another pastor drove from Bulawayo to Mutare running away from a lady who he was attracted to - that’s the fear of God. Stealing church money and denying that you didn’t take it means there is no fear of God. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
