Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 39

Dear Friends,

INTERNATIONAL SUNDAY LIVE BROADCAST
Pastor Gershem Musvipa (Zimbabwe) began by testifying about the broken and devastated state he was living in until he discovered the Kingdom of God. When you come into contact with the Kingdom you don’t want to let it go because the experience is greater than being a church goer. It is full of hidden treasure for born again believers. If we want to fully enjoy it there are some things we have to give up. Our Father Professor Ezekiel H Guti had to forgo something so that you and I may live in the Kingdom and enjoy its benefits and the blessing that is in this church. When you find it look no further, you have found a total package. He ended by inviting those who are sick and tired of religion to receive Jesus in order to gain entry into His Kingdom.

MOROCCO
We give the glory to the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for the continuing growth of the church here in Morocco. We thank you for your prayers. We would like to thank God for the work that Pastors T. and M. Kahwema did in laying the groundwork for the church. Last week we bid them farewell and welcomed the new pastors E. and V. Tigere who were sent by our Father to continue with the work. Our average attendance on Sundays is 21-25 adults and 4 children. Men of integrity was established and they have successfully held two meetings. Ladies are meeting for prayers every Tuesday. We are also holding online Bible studies on Wednesday and prayer meetings on Fridays. We are looking forward to water baptizing our new believers that are going through teaching. We request for your prayers for the opening of doors to win locals and for the new believers to grow spiritually and catch the vision of Forward in Faith as they are being taught.

ST MAARTEN
We give glory to the God of our Father the Servant and Apostle of God, Dr. Ezekiel Guti for His Faithfulness towards us and our nation. This week, we continued to have our usual midweek and Sunday services with 16 people in attendance. Sunday's Word was so powerful and encouraging. After the Word we transitioned into Holy Communion, this part of the service we also experienced a sweet presence of God. Please continue to pray for the growth of FIFMI St. Maarten and that God orders our steps to finding a Church building.

TRINIDAD & TOBAGO
We give glory to God for a blessed week we had. Midweek prayers continue to go on and we thank God that our believers are able to fast. They have joined the Daniel fasting and from the 1st of October those who are not working were coming for the whole day for prayer. We are seeing growth and the hunger and thirst for the Lord. This prayer is pulling people to the Lord and in Covid situation we are seeing a number of people coming to church. We thank God for a Sunday we had which had an attendance of 14 including Pastors who came out for a fellowship. We thank you for your unwavering prayers that are strengthening the church.

GUYANA
We want to thank God for His grace in our nation as the believers keep holding on to the teachings of our father Apostle E. H. Guti. Our midweek services were well attended and on Sunday we had a powerful service with 25 people. We managed to listen to the international Service after our service. What a life-changing message of the Kingdom of God. Thank you for your prayers as you continue to pray for our nation.

ST KITTS & NEVIS
St Kitts – We thank God for the foundation that has been laid and the wisdom of our Father and Apostle Ezekiel H Guti. Water Baptism took place on Saturday and we saw two souls being added to the Kingdom of God and they were welcomed in to the family of FIF on Sunday. Our Sunday service was refreshing as the Holy Spirit moved during praise and worship. Our attendance was 36, with 2 visitors.

Nevis - We give thanks to God this Sunday we had 36 in attendance including 4 visitors from our Sister Assembly in St. Kitts. Pastor Ahmed taught the word. One member testified she prayed for a young man who visited her at her food stall, he needed prayer because he was not able to sleep. The next morning he called and said he had slept so well all night and thanked her for the prayers. We continue to pray for growth in our membership and for ownership of our church building.

BELIZE
Mango Creek - We had our first Sunday service after the second lockdown. We had 3 services since the law is permitting gatherings of only 10 persons at a time. We saw the grace of God as we started off on a high note. One person was Baptised, 6 children dedicated to the Lord and 3 people declared FIF their home. Two persons repented and gave their lives to Jesus Christ.

Punta Gorda - We had 2 wonderful Services with a total of 14 people total in attendance. We had 2 people who rededicated their lives to Christ. Please keep us in your prayers for continuous spiritual growth.

Our midweek online services were well attended. We are meeting Monday to Friday for morning glory at 5am, we see our group growing and prayers being answered.

JAMAICA
We are excited to receive Bishop Jonathan and Greater Chikwawawa who were sent by our parents, Professor Ezekiel H. and Dr. Eunor Guti to be with the church in our time of bereavement after the passing of Pastor Paul Dillon. As we are in our final lap of working Missions, we had international speakers encouraging us on the subject. On Sunday we celebrated how we have worked. 22 people attended church and the Holy Spirit visited us again during Praise and Worship. We were encouraged to listen to the International message preached by Overseer Gershem Musvipa (Zim) after service. A Deaconess testified that she was feeling so sick but after she went to Morning Glory to pray, she was strengthened and she was able to attend church.

MADAGASCAR
Fort Dauphin - We thank God that our government started to allow the church to open fully. We have started to do Talents to build our office and we thank God that believers are actively participating. We managed to put up the office structure and we are now at the roofing level. We ask your prayers for God to supply all the necessary materials for roofing our office. We also opened a new assembly at Ambinanibe where we have a service every Thursday and Sunday morning. We thank God that the number of people is increasing; this Sunday had 28 adults and 15 children. We also thank God that the preaching on radio bore fruits and people started to come one by one. We ask your prayers for us to win more souls and get more members through our preaching on radio. One of our Deacons was struggling with her daughter's school furniture and after Friday all night prayer someone gave them more than they needed for free. We thank you for continuing to pray for us for the growth of the church in Madagascar.

TEACHING:  PART OF BABA & AMAI'S MESSAGE

Isaiah 55:10-11
“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there,
But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

It is very important for us to read the word of God so that when we quote the Word of God He will say yes I said so, I am going to confirm it. When we are praying having read the word of God, it is like you have come to the light where you see everything magnified, then you see mistakes and dirt and how you are expected to clean them so that you are clean before God. This is done when we major in reading the word of God. Some people when they fast and pray they don’t read the word of God. They can fast for six months but no reading of the word of God. For the prayer to work it has to be fasting, prayer and the Word of God. The three of them go hand in hand......TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
