Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 40

Dear Friends,
Evangelist Reuben Guti and the EGEA Signs and Wonders Now team was ministering again this Sunday on the topic, “Never Stop Calling”. He was encouraging viewers that when answers are delaying and you feel that you better be quiet don’t stop calling out to Jesus like the blind beggar Bartimaeus who did not stop even though those around him were discouraging him. After the teaching he entered into the time of minister to those who were calling in. Praise the Lord for the lives that were touched.
We continue to thank the God of our father for His faithfulness here in Morocco. We had a powerful Sunday service that was attended by 24 Adults and 3 children. We glorify God for 8 people who gave their lives to Christ. Everyone stayed for fellowship after service with breaking of bread and the new people were so excited. This week we are expecting to open 2 home bible study groups by the grace of God.
We shout Praises to the God of our Father the servant and Apostle of God, Dr. Ezekiel Guti things are happening here in this island, the work of God is growing here by the Grace of God. All our midweek services are going well and our Sunday service had 11 in attendance at the church with 10 attending on Zoom. Our church is also growing here are some testimonies:
  • Deacon Lucien was offered a job, he is happy that he can work in the day and do the work of God in the night time.
  • Two Sisters have opened a food business from their home after much encouragement and because they lost their job due to the pandemic.
Please continue to pray for the growth of FIFMI St. Maarten and that we find a place to meet for church. We are also praying for missionaries to come to our nation.
We thank God for a blessed week we had as prayers continue to take place online though with low attendance because of various reasons. Believers are showing great zeal for the things of God and desire to grow. Some of them even go to the church during the week and have time to pray. We thank God for the total recovery and restoration of two ladies who underwent major operations. One of them had developed fibroids and they had grown to such an extent she had trouble even walking but now she’s strong and can walk on her own praise the Lord. Indeed, this has strengthened the believers. The God of our father Apostle Ezekiel is providing miraculously for the believers during this lockdown. We thank God for the international big Sunday our faith has been raised to another level.
We want to thank God for His faithfulness in our nation as we continue with our morning devotion which is changing the life of believers. The midweek services were well attended as we are seeing the grace of God through the teachings. We also started our Monday prayer on line. During midweek one girl testified about getting a job after the word was spoken and she believed God for a miracle and she received her job. We had our first ladies meeting on a Saturday afternoon after COVID-19 lockdown with 20 ladies. We give glory to God. We had a powerful and awesome Sunday full of the move of the Holy Spirit. One man testified that he got a job. 35 people attended the service. We had time to listen to the message from International Sunday service and people were blessed. Thank you for your prayers as you continue to pray for us for our believers to continue coming to church in their numbers despite the COVID-19 because most of the churches are still closed.
Nevis - We thank God for his unwavering love and mercies extended towards us daily. Sunday we enjoyed the richness of worship as Ayesha Ahmed delivered a very inspiring Bible Study. We give thanks to one of our members for donating musical and sound equipment as we work towards completing our musical instruments kit. Our Testimonies were a source of great encouragement to stay strong in the Lord. One lady thanked God for getting a job she had been praying for. We praise God for the delivery of the Word by our Pastor and the 20 members who were in attendance. We continue to pray for an increase in membership.
Our week of prayer and fasting was fruitful with powerful testimonies on healing, financial breakthrough, a marriage proposal and restoration. Our midweek services are going well. This Sunday was a special Youth Sunday and the church was lively participating in a Bible quiz. A powerful Word of encouragement was delivered by our youths Vanessa & Samara and many youths in turn responded to the altar call. We also enjoyed a delicious luncheon prepared and served exclusively by our beloved "Men of Integrity". We had 3 new youths who have now joined Forward in Faith Ministries. We thank the God of our Father for the marvellous work He is doing in our midst. We thank you for your prayers.
This week at Mango Creek Christian Center we had a wonderful time online as we continued meeting for morning glory and our midweek services together with Punta Gorda. On Friday night we had Pastor Alisha Schoen sharing on Missions. Our Sunday service had 20 adults and 13 children in attendance. Pastor Helen shared on the Integrity of God's Word. Pray for us for more souls to come to Christ as we grow spiritually, numerically and financially.
We are thankful to the God of our father Professor Ezekiel H. Guti for sending Overseers Drs Zenas and Cathy Marurama to be with us during this period of bereavement. Pastor Paul was laid to rest on Saturday 10th of October 2020 and we want to thank our father Professor Ezekiel H and our mother Dr Eunor Guti that God enabled them to pay for the funeral expenses. On Sunday Dr. Cathy preached a powerful testimonial message on the power of prayer. The Zoom online service had 19 participants including Bishops Dr Jonathan and Greater Chikwawawa.
We are so thankful to God for a power-packed National Girls Conference 2020. It was designed and intended for the girls of the United Kingdom but ended up being an international e-conference with delegates from Cyprus, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, South Africa, Botswana, Russia, Dubai, Oman and Australia. The conference opened with girls sharing on the service theme: Daughters Of The Vision Rise Up. Thereafter, Pastor Molly Vhareta, Pastor Joylyn Rusere and Overseers Manyati shared life-changing teachings. Our programme also included Fitness Empowerment morning sessions where we saw the move of God as we were ushered into prayer. We also had a virtual Holy Communion whereby every girl was encouraged to prepare it themselves and to take part. Various testimonies have been coming and one of them is a girl who was delivered from the spirit of heaviness and sadness. Praise God! We know that the girls of the United Kingdom will not remain the same after this.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."
When I am reading the Word of God this is what it will do to me, it will teach me, reprove, it will correct me it will give me instruction or direction of walking in the righteousness of God.
James 5:16 "Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much."
The prayer of a righteous man avails much which means to say it has got power. When we pray for the Apostle and Servant of God it is not him who benefits but it is us who benefit and we get blessings that flow from him to us. Some know that when you have some problems in the home and in your work, you have seen God coming to solve your problems because you have done His work by praying for the Apostle and Servant of God.......TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
