Founded by Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H. Guti: Over 50 Years and Moving On

Apostles Update Week 7

Dear Friends
Single Women Leadership Symposium
We would like to thank the God of our father for a very powerful seminar that was well attended with delegates from Botswana, Namibia, RSA, Zambia and Mozambique and all corners of Zimbabwe. Our numbers ranged from 214 on Thursday to 900 on Sunday. The climax was on Sunday when our father, the Servant and Apostle of God, Prof. Ezekiel Guti sent our mother Apostle Dr. Eunor Guti to us. This brought a lot of joy as we felt the love from our father and mother. We had powerful teachings that included Obedience, being stable not all over the place, being prayerful and finally pressing towards God through reading the Word of God. We are so thankful for a powerful conference.
Child Evangelism Ministry
The Ministry held its Annual YG Leadership Seminar (11-14 years olds) at the following Zones Harare, Jerera - Masvingo, Kwekwe and Mutare. At Harare Zone the International Director Pastor J. Gandawa was among a team of 4 speakers who took turns to teach the young leaders in subjects which includes Salvation, Leadership, Grooming and Church History. At total of 245 young generation leaders where at Waterfalls International Christian Centre for the Harare Zone. In Jerera 132 children attended the life changing leadership seminar and Pastors E & S Chijena were the speakers. In Mutare 105 children attended this leadership seminar. At all these 4 conferences Children were happy with the great teachings and they all showed the zeal to do the work of God.
Forward in Faith College and High School Ministry (FIFCAHSM)
We held a prayer retreat from 21-24 February 2019 at Prince Junior Primary in Goromonzi, Zimbabwe. About 100 students attended this prayer camp that was meant for exam classes, form 4 and form 6. It was so powerful that students were well equipped. 53 students gave their lives to Christ and some notable deliverance were: some girls were delivered from the spirit of witchcraft. A boy who was violent towards his family because of the drugs which he was taking was also a delivered. We give glory to the God of our father for opening doors for FIFCAHSM in Jesus’ name Amen
Harare Central
We are grateful to the God of our father Ezekiel Guti as Harare Central, the Million High Province. Over 1000 women and girls converged at City Christian Centre International for their first Big Sunday. The atmosphere was thick with the presence of God when the service started. As a response to Dr. Eunor's teaching on giving alms, the ladies cheerfully gave donations in the form of groceries, handbags, shoes, children and adult clothing to minister to our Children’s Home (Orphanage centre), the Disabled Helping Hand Association, the Blind and sighted ministries. The ladies also gave willingly and joyfully towards the 8000 seater auditorium Talents. Our Overseer Dr. La-Verne Simukai delivered a life transforming message on Giving and working Talents the correct way. This was very practical as she demonstrated what Baba & Amai teach about working talents and what she is doing through the school of talents. As Harare Central Ladies our lives will not remain the same as we have embarked in Talents this season.
We thank the God of our father Prof E. H. Guti at the Diplomatic Church in Ethiopia. The church joyfully received Pastor Mike and Silvia Munemo last week. This week the service was great with powerful teachings from our Pastors. We had 23 people in attendance, being 17 adults and 6 children. Among them were 8 visitors and one person gave his life to Christ. There was joy in our service as the Spirit of God moved, touching people's lives. We are following up on new and old members during the week. Continue to pray for us and the growth of the church.
In Nashville, the week started with a celebration of baptism. One member fulfilled Jesus’ command and was baptized on Tuesday with the church members celebrating with him. The Friday evening service was powerful. The presence of God was thick and was accompanied by prophecies. God is definitely moving in Nashville. On Sunday we had 12 adults and 8 kids. The service was joyous and filled with testimonies of what God is doing in the lives of the people. Thank you for continuing to pray for us.
We give glory and honour to the God of our father Ezekiel for the marvelous wonders He is doing in Barbados. Our weekly services continue to be popular amongst the believers with powerful manifestation of God's glory. Our Sunday Service was great with awesome worship, Interactive Bible Study on the topic ' God looks at the heart'. We also welcomed our beloved Pastor Florence Simango a powerful woman of God who is with us once again. We were touched by the powerful message she preached and many came up to the altar for repentance. One lady received Jesus as her personal Lord and Saviour. Attendance was 42. We thank you for your prayers.
Nevis celebrated today for many different reasons. With 39 persons in attendance (25 Adults/14 Children) We welcomed back Pastor Newman and welcomed a new member. Our testimonies were rich as our newest Member spoke of how his uncles' illness led him to Barbados and there he was connected to FIFMI church where he received overwhelming support. Now that he is back home he has decided to join the FIFMI Nevis Family. With a growing membership, we had to sell our church bus which was giving us problems and are praying that with the funds we received from the sale and contributions we will be able to replace this transportation quickly as many of our members rely heavily on this. Please pray that we will find a way to do so very soon. God bless you.
Perth, Western Australia
We want to give glory to the God of our father Apostle Professor. Ezekiel H. Guti for a successful Zonal Youth Seminar that took place from the 14th to the 17th of February 2019 in Perth, Western Australia. We had a panel of gifted and seasoned speakers and some youth drove 2 hours to come and learn and as well witness the manifestation power of God at work. Many practical topics that affect the life of a youth were taught and the youth have been testifying of how such teachings have transformed and impacted their lives positively! Youth leaders were also greatly helped as The FIF Youth Guide book was explained and the vision that the Servant of and Apostle of God for the Youth Ministry as he received from God was narrated. We saw the Holy Spirit at work on Saturday evening as youth stayed 2-3 hours after the service dancing, crying, jumping, laughing and singing in the Spirit. It didn’t stop there as youth members were so drunk in the Holy Spirit some had to be carried and driven to their homes.

  6. Thanking God for the success of the International Single Women's Leadership Seminar held this past weekend.

Matt 18:22-35. We are to forgive 70 times 7 times a day. Anytime, you have to forgive. Your background can cause you to be a bad person or do wrong things to people. Forgive 490 times a day. As we forgive our spiritual eyes will see and understand and ears will hear. We need to repent, confess, keep eyes clean and ears clean then we will have genuine fear of God.
1 Corinthians 2:9-10 “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
Eye has not seen nor ear heard because we are blind and deaf. The things of the Spirit cannot enter into physical ears and eyes. They can not enter into my heart but they are there. Not entering does not imply their absence. I need spiritual eyes and ears to see and hear and then they enter into my spiritual man. God reveals to us by His Spirit. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
