Dear Friends,
What a great Sunday the people in Norton had with the Apostles. After 14 years the Baba set foot and blessed the Norton province. The tour took place in 3 different locations where massive building projects are taking place: the City church which is near completion, the Katanga church that was extended and now needs another extension and the Marriedale church where they are building a completely new building bigger than the one they had. Overseers C & A Kapandura are working hard in that province. Norton is no longer the old Norton that people knew, many people are coming to the Lord. They are also in the process of building a beautiful pastor’s house which will become the model for all the pastors houses in Norton. In all 3 locations the places were full to capacity with different people per location. Baba & Amai preached in these places and 52 people were saved in the City church, 56 in Katanga and 135 in Marriedale making a total of 243 souls that came to the Lord. Praise the Lord! There was a lot of joy all around the Province. Norton will never be the same after this visit. Glory to God.
During the week, Dr. Myles & Ruth Munroe were in Zimbabwe where they spoke at different meetings including pastors, a ladies tea and a business breakfast seminar. The response was amazing and people were blessed. Many were grateful that Baba & Amai brought the Munroes to Zimbabwe.
Cyprus
FIFMI Cyprus now has a new furnished 2-bedroom apartment. At a very affordable price and long lease. We now have influence in all the 4 Major Universities of Cyprus and the Church is not only for Zimbabwean but Botswana, SA, Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria, Lesotho, Swaziland and locals are showing interest but are afraid of victimization from fellow locals. Intense Teachings on water baptism are taking place. We have 5 major Bible study groups. i.e one at each University and another near the Mission House. The biggest group has 42 members that is at Magusa East Mediterranean University 65kms away from the capitol were we have the.church and they have since asked for Sunday services to be conducted at their place since bus will cost each student US$10 every Sunday. This will be like assembly number 2.
Sweden
We had a wonderful service which was attended by 13 people (11 adults and 2 children). Today we had a good number of our regular members absent due to work commitments. 6 people received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. One of our members gave a moving testimony about how she felt the love of God when she attended the recent Europe Deeper Life Conference and had an opportunity to meet our father and mother the Apostles Dr. E.H and Dr. Eunor Guti. Great news a new venue has been secured in Stockholm central. Glory be to God. The place is highly accessible by both bus and train and is relatively more affordable. We have plans to baptize 7 believers who have indacated they want to be baptized in water in a few weeks. Hallelujah!
- Pray for the Servant and Apostles of God, Drs Ezekiel & Eunor Guti that God gives them divine strength. The Deeper Life Conferences in Harare and Chitungwiza start Monday April 14-19, 2014. The Harare Deacons and the rest of leaders in Zimbabwe will be next week. The work has been ongoing with no rest in-between. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Let’s send fervent prayers that God strengthens them this week and enables them to deliver the word He has already given them. Remember in-between the conference Baba & Amai will meet with several people or groups including missionaries from different countries. Pray for wisdom from above. Let’s continue to praise God in advance for giving them visas for the nations God is sending them to in 2014.
- Praise God for the church in Gibraltar. Pray for God to strengthen the members. Pray for God to give Baba the right pastor for this new church within a short space of time.
- Pray for the Deeper Life Conferences in Zimbabwe the weeks of April 14-19, 2014 and April 21-26, 2014. Pray that all elders and deacons are able to attend. May their hearts be good soil that will receive the word.
- The Singapore church registration papers are now in the registrar general office. This is the final stage. Saints let’s pray for a smooth and fast process of this registration. God has been faithful and He’s faithful to complete the job.
- Praise God for the new meeting place we found in Stockholm, Sweden. Pray for continual growth of the church in Cuba and Turkey. Pray for a Mission house in a right place in Cuba.
- As we see Baba is moving quickly to fulfill the mandate that God has given him: Pray for the people who will remain to nurture the new churches that they will have the same spirit of the man of God which is the spirit of Jesus Christ. They should have the spirit to follow up believers, do home visits and call people. Pray for the teams that have been sent out and those who will be sent out in pairs that they have the same spirit that is in Ezekiel.
TEACHING: PART OF BABA’S NORTON MESSAGE:
John 1:12-13 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Teach the Kingdom of God. That is the only thing that makes people prosper. Teach the word and people will begin to prosper and demons will leave without the laying on of hands.
Many people call themselves Christians but they are not born of God. No matter how much you pray and fast and do good things but you always feel empty because you are not born again. For me to be born, my mother and father came together and I was born. Flesh gives birth to flesh and Spirit to spirit. For the spirit to be born of God one needs the Spirit of God and the word of God.
John 3:3 “Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God’.” After preaching a person should be in a position where they believe: 1. Jesus is the Christ. 2. Jesus is the Son of God. 3. Jesus died and rose again and is alive. Make sure people receive Jesus and you minister healing before you end church services. Use Romans 10:8-10 so people can invite Jesus into their hearts. Some pastors and elders don’t lead people to Jesus the right way according to Romans 10:9-10. Don’t speak your own words, just speak the word of God. It is important to make sure it’s done correctly. God bless you.
