Dear Friends,  

Our father, the great Apostle and Servant of God, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti after serving many generations, by the will of God, fell asleep on the 5th of July 2023. We are thankful for the prayers and condolence messages.

Our father said in August 2010 at the 50th Golden Jubilee celebration. “Today lets we start another 50 years together. I said I’m gonna escort you in these new 50 years. I’m gonna move with you and later on, many many years, then I will disappear and be with the Lord.” 

To mark and honour his promotion to greater glory the ZAOGA FIFMI Executive and National Council has declared 30 days of celebrating the life and ministry of our Father. As we have entered a season of jubilation, praising, worshipping and appreciating the God of Ezekiel for raising for us a true prophet of God and sharing His bondservant with us over the 100 years: we are looking forward to your testimonies of how our father impacted your nation and lives.

SLOVAKIA 

The week under review started with a powerful Bible Study that was attended virtually by 10 people. Every member immensely participated and contributed to the discussions as led by Senior Pastor Mutsigwa. Meanwhile, we are still organizing to get a place to rent for our Sunday services in the capital city of Bratislava. We are still processing the registration of the church.

Our Sunday service registered an attendance of 18 adults. The service was held at one couple’s residence. The couple and one brother were appointed and commissioned to be church Deacons. There was really a mighty visitation of the Lord in the house and people were prayed for one by one. A board was set up to run the affairs of the church. Slovakia church now has 2 elders, 3 deacons, and all departments now have their respective HODs.

CHINA

We join the rest of ZAOGA FIF to celebrate a well lived life of our father Apostle Dr. Ezekiel H Guti. We owe much gratitude to the God of Ezekiel for Pastors Preston & Mary Chiromo who spent years with us and now God has sent us Pastors Farai & Tsitsi Kupamhama. In the same vein, our first Sunday service with them commenced on 9th July. The church was full of jubilation and we had remarkable attendance. Pastor Farai emphasised the importance of being cognizant of the teachings of our Father. Similarly, he urged us to be like the children of Israel and reflect on the history of our church so we can be able to move forward into the future. Finally we ask that you continue interceding for us, so that God’s work may continue to grow in this nation.

UNITED KINGDOM

On Sunday, the 9th of July 2023 the UK believers gathered together at the National Centre to pray and celebrate the life of our Father Archbishop Professor Ezekiel Guti. The service was physically attended by over 600 people in person and over one thousand two hundred online on different social media platforms. The service also attracted other pastors and believers from different churches across the United Kingdom. There was powerful praise and worship including very moving testimonies that depicted the love, the humbleness and servanthood spirit that our father demonstrated to all different kinds of people, young and old across the globe. Indeed, our father touched so many lives. The guest speakers Archbishop E.Z Soko & Bishop Prisca Soko were mightily used by God. There was great and thick anointing that many people including those online were healed from all kinds of diseases and sicknesses. 2 young people gave their lives to Jesus.The Nation felt comforted and strengthened. CANADA

Alberta – We want to thank the God of Ezekiel for the success of the Alberta, Canada Believers’ Convention held in Edmonton starting Thursday July 6-9, 2023 with our hosting Pastors, Evangelist Dr. Phil and Pastor Judith Mutsambiwa. Just before the start of the Convention the church was very heavy with the news that our father, the Servant and Apostle of God, Professor Ezekiel H. Guti was promoted to greater glory then the Convention went ahead as a Celebration. With our very own bishop of Canada, Bishop Pat Schatzline and our international speakers Overseers J & J Rusere, Apostle A & Pastor Florence Gudyanga and who ministered the powerful word of the Kingdom of God as we strive to be true disciples who are rooted in the church doctrine. Believers were uplifted by the powerful word. Official opening night highlights included a powerful word from our local emerging generation Deacon Ngoni Hamandishe. Healing miracles were witnessed, including a woman who was healed from short-sightedness. Glory to God! By Saturday night, there was a full fledged revival at the National Centre as Overseer Joram preached to a large overflowing crowd on receiving the fire of God within. Several people were healed including a healthcare worker who was healed of rheumatoid arthritis. Glory to God! On Sunday morning Apostle A. Gudyanga taught on the Kingdom of God. 9 people rededicated their lives to God. About 9 Youths accepted the call to be new deacons according to the vision of our father. Three new elders were ordained and the Convention closed after a teaching on being filled with the Holy Spirit by our Bishop Schatzline. Over 20 people, including several children, came to be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. The attendance ranged from 64 to 227. We thank God for giving us the victory! Alberta Province will never be the same again. Pray for us to keep the new people coming back to church through this great revival in our Province.

INDIA

Forward in Faith Punjab has been remembered, the love of God and His calmness was experienced the last month of June, during the believer’s prayer convention. Pastor Bright and Rejoice Samundombe from South Africa started in Jalandhar assembly (church of university students) conducting group and one on one counselling and deliverance sessions for a week and were main speakers at prayer convention. Attendance was ranging from 35- 40 students. They proceeded to Zira and Makhu assembly where Pastors James and Seema Gilchrist stay. They spent the whole week visiting native Indians in their homes, counselling and praying for them. 

• Mr Sidhu, Ankool’s father who is one of our strong believers was diagnosed with a heart condition at the hospital and when our Pastors arrived at his house, he was prayed for and when he went to the hospital the next day all the test were done and obviously our Jesus had done it again, the man was completely healed.
• Many families and individuals were delivered from illnesses and evil spirits that were tormenting them for many years. 
• Another family which was deep into black magic, surrendered all their charms to the Pastors for burning, their altars were destroyed completely and they received their total deliverance. 
• One of the brothers, who was failing to find a job in a truck company, got a job the same day that he was prayed for.  
• A man brought a new Aircooler for the church because of what God of Ezekiel had done and continues doing in his life.

There was a three-day healing and deliverance sessions. Attendance was ranging from 45-50. We ended with a state big Sunday, people were filled with the Holy Ghost and with Power and so many were healed and delivered. We thank the God of Ezekiel for missionaries who bring us love and revival. 

ZIMBABWE

Harare Central – We had a great time in the presence of the Lord as 2246 people from across the province gathered to celebrate the life of our father, the servant and Apostle of Jesus Christ, Archbishop Ezekiel Guti. The house was filled with touching testimonies from both those who have been Elders in the church for more than 20 years and youngsters of high school age from Forward in Faith College, whose lives have been impacted by the life and teaching of our Father. A military man testified that he is part of the answers to the prayer of 1957 for there to be some in the military who are truly converted. Another lady testified that because of her background she was not even supposed to have electricity at her home, let alone drive a car but through the God introduced to her by our Father Ezekiel she now drives a car and her life is of a high standard. We received a powerful word of encouragement from Bishop Kapandura reminded us that God will raise many young Ezekiels. 8 people received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and 5 people were water baptised.

5. Thanking God for protecting the saints in Pakistan. May He send angels all around them. Thanking God for a rainy season with no flooding in Chad as God watched over His people.
6. Thanking God for Home Talents (Kingdom Wealth Creation) that everyone understands and participates. May businesses flourish and people get new ideas as God reveals to them.
7. Thanking God for giving success to the long-term and short-term missionaries. Thanking God for providing suitable meeting places and favorable prices as the FIFMI churches continue to grow. Thanking God for the registration process of FIFMI Thailand, Egypt, Morocco, Romania, Cameroon, and Slovakia.

It is not allowed to put trust on man but rather on the word of God which I speak. My leadership is not based on intellectual capabilities but on the true word of GOd. That is the doctrine. All those who teach saying ” God is here because Baba Guti is here,’ that is not it. But you should say, ‘We thank the God of Ezekiel Guti.” This is not bad.
