Dear Friends,

Happy 64th Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!!

NORTON

It was all joy in Norton to host the Good News Deliverance Explo from the 22nd to the 25th of August 2024. The God of Ezekiel H. Guti was with us throughout. We praise God for people who braved the windy and cold weather to attend the Explo. The attendance for the first day (Thursday night) was 3001 and 497 people gave their lives to Christ. On Friday night 4100 people came and 502 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. The maximum attendance was on Saturday night, and 6590 attended. A cumulative figure of 1781 converts was recorded by the end of the Explo.
A total of 94 people were baptized in water, and 239 were filled with the Holy Spirit. Profound teachings were delivered and lives were transformed. Several Pastors from other churches were attending, particularly during the evening sessions and a few on Sunday. The event’s climax was on Sunday, when our father and mother Apostle Dr. Joseph Joe Guti and Rev Nyasha Guti stepped on the Koshen ground where the Explo took place. The ground was electrified with an atmosphere of joy. Our father took the stage and shared a profound message to the hungry crowd. The session ended with several manifestations of demons followed by deliverances and healings. He concluded by thanking the province for obeying the vision to host the Good News Deliverance Explo and pronounced words of blessing to the church. Some of the miracles include:
Healings and deliverances were experienced on every altar call.
One lady who had problems with her leg parted with her crutches after being touched by the power of God,
A lady was healed of blood pressure,
Another lady who had a problem of chronic headaches was healed instantly.
Many others were healed and delivered from anger, barrenness, acids, eye problems, side pains, back pain moving objects in the body, leg pains, and many more.
Great appreciation goes to our mother, Apostle Prof Eunor Guti for sending a powerful Good News deliverance explo team. Norton will never remain the same.

SOUTH KOREA

Good news! The seed of ZAOGA Forward In Faith has arrived in South Korea. We are grateful to the God of our Father Ezekiel, and our leaders we say congratulations on the launch of the new Assembly in East Asia which took place this Sunday the 25th of August The latest arrival is born with 13 believers increasing the presence of our church across the globe. We had our power-filled and joyful first service, 30 gadgets logged in with people from New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Canada, and China who joined to witness and celebrate God with us. We were blessed by the presence of our Pastors Farai and Tsitsi Kupamhama, with Pastor Farai sharing the message of the Kingdom of God. Praise the Lord! As the church of South Korea, we are ready to run with the baton stick and move with the gospel of Jesus Christ all over the nation. The God of Ezekiel has remembered us, and the Light of the Kingdom of God is shining upon us and for this, we are so grateful. We ask for the body of Christ to help us pray for more souls and a physical venue. Thank you for your prayers and support.

RUSSIA

We thank the God of our father Apostle E.H Guti for a wonderful 3-day National Youth Conference which was held from the 23rd to the 25th of August in Moscow. Several youths managed to travel from different cities in Russia namely Ufa, Yoshka Ola, Oryol and Krusky and we had an average attendance of 40 believers. It was an amazing time in God’s auspicious presence; the conference was characterized by sporting activities in the morning, and then we had time to interact in life-changing discussions. Our pastors and other youth speakers were mightily used by God to deliver profound teachings with topics like Church History, Character, and the Kingdom of God amongst others. What a great revival that happened, we had time for communion and fellowship on the last day. We are so grateful that our church which is predominantly of students now has 6 functional Cell groups which is an effective strategy to preach the gospel in the Universities. Some of the graduates are now getting steady jobs helping to stabilise the church. Thank you for your prayers and support.

UGANDA

We are so grateful to the God of our father Ezekiel Guti for allowing us to host international directors for child Evangelism Rev Petros and Regina Dope for two weekends from the 15th-18th in Eastern Region at Kibuku main church and from the 22nd-25th in Kampala combined with western region at Kabaga assembly, teaching and launching Child Evangelism ministry in our Nation.
The children and the entire church were excited as he narrated to us how God called our father Ezekiel Guti when he was still a young boy and encouraged the parents not to despise their children but to teach them what God said to our father.
Rev. Regina and Petros had time with CE teachers equipping them for the work. They also had time with children teaching and encouraging them to do their roles according to Ephesians 6:1-3. Over 200 children attended in Kibuku including some from Tororo region. We witnessed parents breaking into tears and running forward to be prayed for when Rev Petros taught. The launch was followed by the formation of the Child Evangelism National board. What a powerful and life-changing time that we had with the servants of the Lord. Uganda and Child Evangelism ministry in particular will never remain the same again.

RWANDA

We give glory to God who is keeping us. With the new government requirements on churches, we have had to meet online. Last Sunday we had a combined online service. More than 50 people managed to connect. Pastor Humphrey Magumuye taught bible study and Bishop Chantal Nkurunziza preached a powerful word to the believers to worship God in Spirit and truth.
However, the main challenge is that most local people don’t have smartphones so some had to gather in one place to listen to one phone on WhatsApp and those without access failed to connect.
Our weekly home Bible study groups have also been affected so we are in the process of training more teachers so that individual families can have home Bible study groups.
Pray for us so we can build on the plot for our main assembly which is in the capital city. The plan has been completed, and we have now submitted our church plans. We are praying that they will be approved quickly so that we will be able to start to build soon. We also need prayers for our church members to remain strong during these turbulent times of not being able to assemble, for God to give us favour so that we meet all requirements for our 3 branches to open, and for God to provide all resources for the building and expansion of the church in Rwanda.

NETHERLANDS

We thank God for the great work which we witnessed in the Enschede during the weekend. Dubbed Big Weekend, our Senior Pastors GTC and Sessie Mutsigwa graced the event which had some exciting activities including home visitations, soulwinning, bowling, and Barbeque. The resident Pastor Ester organized very successful activities. These activities brought the church together and built a special bond that was much needed. On Saturday, about 24 people attended bowling. Believers, together with invitees had time to talk in-depth during these activities and we believe that a special thing was planted in the hearts of the invitees such that persistent follow-up might see some of them coming to church. On Sunday we gave glory to God seeing some old believers who had had quite some time without attending church also joining us for the service, and the attendance was 20 adults. In the context of an open conference discussion, the Senior Pastors were mightily used by God to reassert the vision of Forward in Faith Church in The Netherlands and inculcate an attitude of forgiveness “which enables one to move forward and not be blinded by the burden of the bad past.” This as they taught, can only be achieved when the church at individual level strives to bear the fruit of the Spirit which is the embodiment of God’s character. After the church service, the fellowship continued with eats, where the Senior Pastors had time to have some one-on-one with a couple of believers. We give glory to God and we believe that something happened in the Spirit and that the Church in the Netherlands will never remain the same.

CARIBBEAN ISLANDS

Belize is thankful to God for a fruitful week. On Sunday, 34 people were in attendance and one woman gave her life to Christ. All glory and praise to God for another opportunity to fellowship in His presence in this rainy season. While Nevis also had a great week. Revival is taking place.

GUYANA

On Sunday, we had a powerful service. Our deacon Shamkin testified how God moved during prayer; she wrote an exam in 2019 and failed; she reset the same exam in 2024 and passed. We had an appreciation for the CXC exam for the students. We also have a qualified doctor who wrote her exam and passed it at the medical school; some of them are still there at Texila School of Medicine. The word was ministered by Pastor Debra, speaking about getting your reward. It was a timely message. Thank you for your prayers as you continue to pray for the construction of our church building.

TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

Ephesians 6:10-18
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

Nature is a powerful thing
Don’t drive with another man who is not your husband for a long time – nature will speak. Be careful. Control your nature, control your body
Today women get touched and they say in Shona, “ah iwe” (ah you) and do not complain then your nature begins to support his nature. Be careful going with that person you will sleep together even without loving each other… God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
