Dear Friends,

Happy 64th Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!

BORROWDALE DISTRICT (ZIMBABWE)

The 10th of November was a memorable day at Borrowdale District with the historic visit of the Senior Archbishop Prof Eunor Guti’s visit to Borrowdale District. A congregation of 850 members welcomed her with joyous singing and thanksgiving led by the district ministerial choirs. The presence of the Holy Spirit was evident as our Mum entered the sanctuary, greeted by applause and heartfelt ululations.
Our Mum taught the importance of the doctrine of the church on its importance in shaping believers’ faith and character. She explained the foundational beliefs of the church, focusing on the word of God, the foundation laid for ZAOGA FIF by our father for 63 years, unity among believers, and love.
Practical ministration followed as our Mum ministered to the congregation through prayer, laying hands on individuals, speaking encouragement, and healing. 8 people gave their lives to Christ. The moment was powerful, 22 individuals received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and many experienced a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit. She concluded with a blessing over the congregation, declaring that Borrowdale District would experience a new wave of revival and unity. We all felt the love of God as our Mum greeted the whole church.
The Snr Archbishop’s visit left a significant spiritual impact, rekindling fervour among believers and inspiring greater devotion to the doctrine of the church while strengthening the commitment of all in attendance.

SCOTLAND (UK)

Scotland has been highly favoured this past weekend by hosting our Deputy Secretary General, Apostle Dr. Steve Simukai. Accompanying him on his visit were our Zonal Bishops Dr Michael and Bella Kasese and the UK national administrator Apostle Osca Zezani.
Over the weekend, our DSG ministered powerfully, first to the provincial leadership on Saturday and then to the whole body at a Big Sunday held at the Scotland Provincial Centre.
The leaders were encouraged. Deep wisdom and understanding were imparted to the Scottish leadership.
Our Big Sunday, the following day was a mighty, Holy Spirit-filled, power-packed event. A day of celebration in having our very own DSG with us. The message from Dr Steve was a powerful one that stirred up the province to a new level causing us to understand authority and dominion as children of God.
Scotland has truly been blessed and will never be the same again. We thank the God of our father for allowing the DSG to be able to meet, sit, and minister to our leaders and the province in such an intimate and personal way.

QATAR

We thank the God of Ezekiel for His goodness all the time. We continued with our weekly programs online after a powerful Deeper Life Conference in UAE last weekend. We welcomed back our Pastors, Pastor E & S Chijena together with the delegates that had travelled to UAE for the Middle East Deeper Life Conference. During our Friday main service, we had a feedback service where the Elders that attended the Deeper Life shared with the church the life-transforming and revival teachings from the conference, indeed we are in a good church. The service was attended by 34 Adults,7 children, and 7 online. As soon as we finished the service we fellowshipped together as a church enjoying a cake as we continued to celebrate the belated birthday of our Pastor E Chijena.
Thank you so much for your unwavering support and prayers. Please pray for our church’s growth and financial increase.

Tana – We thank the God of Ezekiel for His grace upon our nation as we witnessed the hand of God in our church in Tana. We thank God for sending us 3 missionaries in the past week, Overseer Maugara, Pastor Runyowa, and Pastor Takura. This week we were also happy to receive the Secretary General Apostle Mishael Nyambo and Bishop L. Mupanduki in the city of Tana. Their coming has brought revival and a great shift spiritually to the church in Tana. In this season, we managed to rent a very good mission house for our pastors, the best. We also celebrate God for giving the church a motorbike for the pastor to use. God has also given us a breakthrough by giving us a very big permanent place for worship in the Mission House. On Friday evening, our Secretary General taught the leaders the importance of unity and set up a new finance team that will oversee the church finances. On Saturday, our Bishop and the SG went to one of our believer’s houses and managed to win the entire family. We thank God 18 people received Jesus Christ as their Savior and 5 of them accepted to be baptized in water.
We had a powerful Sunday service, for the first time in the new venue. Believers felt revived and were filled with joy as they were dancing and rejoicing during the time of praise and worship. Pastor Tapiwa Runyowa taught on salvation, and we thank God that 3 people received Jesus Christ as their Savior.
The Secretary-General under a great apostolic anointing delivered a powerful word reminding people of the importance and the change that the church will bring in their life. There was a thick presence of God as He released the anointing that would bring a breakthrough in the church and bless the church. We thank God that people were delivered and felt the power of the Holy Spirit during the service. We had an attendance of 44 people. Thank you for your continuous prayers and we continue to pray for our land in Tana.

TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

Ps 51:17 “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart — These, O God, You will not despise.

James 4:6-7 “But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. ”

Keep changing until your life begins to bless people. When you give time to God He will speak to you. As long as you decide you don’t want to sin, God sees the heart. Someone can struggle with sin in the body but God sees the heart.

Men don’t do stupid things in front of your wife, you will lose dignity. When God uses someone, the news goes everywhere. One person can bless our churches – when someone is gifted, all of us will enjoy it. When God uses you humble yourself, if you don’t then God will take out His hand upon you…God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,

Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
