Dear Friends,
Happy 65th Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!!
Season’s Greetings! Christmas week is here. Remember, Jesus is the reason for the season! Let Jesus be your Christmas gift.
THE YEAR 2025 IN REVIEW
Our hearts are sincerely grateful to the God of our father, Ezekiel, for the blessings of 2025, a year filled with grace and faithfulness. As we bid farewell to 2025, we embrace the spirit of gratitude, looking back at the journey of 2025 with appreciation and reflection.
TEN DAYS
We are grateful to God for that time of the first ten days of the year of seeking God more deeply as we pray and fast, as is our custom. The churches, assemblies, and as individuals got some quality time with God as our Father, Ezekiel Handinawangu taught us. People got time to cleanse themselves, read the word of God, and hear from God as they began the brand new year. The God of Ezekiel was very faithful to the church God as His presence was felt tangibly as the church sought Him earnestly.
PASTOR’S DEEPER LIFE
The 53rd Pastors’ Deeper Life was a great success, as the conferences continue to get bigger and better every year. All Pastors and Bishops from all 6 continents converged at AMFCC 8000-seater auditorium and sat at the feet of Jesus Christ as our mom, Senior Archbishop Prof Eunor Guti, and our father, the Presiding Bishop, Dr. Joseph Joe Guti, and other leaders taught the word. Great impartation took place as the presence of God took over the conference, which became God’s Conference. The leadership of the church received great teachings, direction, wisdom, and impartation to kick off the year 2025.
PRAYER RETREATS
Just after the Deeper Life Conference, the International Female pastors came together at Bindura Mountain for another prayer retreat. The retreat was a great success, and though they yearned to have more time in the sweet presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, they were fulfilled. The month of February saw female pastors from around Zimbabwe coming to Bindura Prayer Mountain as zones for some more time to soak themselves in the presence of God. The pastors left the mountain refreshed, enlightened, and charged for the year, and filled with the spirit of joy. Prayer retreats were then held all over the ZAOGA FIFMI churches.
RESURRECTION / EASTER
The 2025 Easter time was a time of celebrating the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The youth will be in the lead of these services, so there is so much fire in these services as they exercise their gifting and talents. In Solomon Islands, in Honiara, they dramatized the Crucifixion of Jesus, which painted a vivid picture in the believers of what Jesus did, and many gave their lives to Christ. We give all the glory to the God of our father whose mercy endures forever. Many lives were saved, changed, and healed through the preaching of the Gospel throughout the family of ZAOGA FIF.
MAY 5 ARCHBISHOP EZEKIEL GUTI DAY
Thousands of people gathered in Harare, all over Zimbabwe, and across the globe to celebrate Archbishop Ezekiel Guti Day on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The morning started off with a walkathon of different distances up to 11km as a way of celebrating the healthy lifestyle of exercise and eating well, we saw our father live. From the afternoon till late, gospel concerts were held where people danced tirelessly and had time to worship God. The turnout for 2025 was much, much higher, and we believe 2026 will be exceptional.
65th ANNIVERSARY OF ZAOGA FIF
What a joy, the celebrations for the 65th anniversary of ZAOGA FIF and 75 years of non-stop preaching of our father were all over the world. The anniversary week was packed with praise, worship, testimonies, and teachings on our church history, the life and teachings of our father, and how to continue with the baton stick as the emerging generation. Some had time to march and preach in the streets with police bands.
The Spirit of God moved mightily in every service, touching hearts, transforming lives, and pouring out spiritual gifts upon His people. Grand celebrations amidst joy and excitement as several believers took turns to testify how this ministry has impacted their lives through the great love they found in this church and the unique teachings and values.
JUNE PRAYER AND FASTING
In June, a time to seek God, no one was to be left out of the prayer and fasting. Starting with Pastors, followed by Elders, Deacons, and concluding with the Believers’ Prayer conventions all over the FIFMI world, God honoured each group with His presence and life-changing experience.
TODAY’S WOMAN INTERDENOMINATIONAL CONFERENCE
We are filled with immense gratitude as we reflect on the extraordinary Today’s Woman Interdenominational Conference, held from September 3rd to 6th, 2025, at the Glamis Arena! This historic event brought together women from diverse churches and denominations, including the EFZ, ZCC, UDACIZA, and many others, uniting hearts across Zimbabwe and around the globe. The excitement was palpable! Women from all walks of life gathered with a common purpose—to be delivered, inspired, empowered, and uplifted through the word of God. All the glory belongs to God.
GREATER HARARE AND NORTON PROVINCES – MEGA BIG SUNDAY
We are deeply grateful for the blessing from the God of Ezekiel during our Legacy Mega Big Sunday on September 7 at the Glamis Arena in Harare. We welcomed our father, Presiding Bishop Apostle Joe Joseph Guti, and our mother, Pastor Miriam Nyasha Guti, with an attendance of over 30,000 people. The arena was filled with jubilation as we celebrated this grand occasion, joined by SG Apostle M and Pastor L Nyambo, DSG Apostle S and Dr L Simukai, along with various Bishops and Apostles.
Senior Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti reaffirmed that our father, Apostle Joe Guti, was chosen by God, and assured him and Reverend Miriam that the church will follow their leadership as we did with our father Ezekiel H. Guti. Our father, The Presiding Bishop Dr Joseph Joe Guti, encouraged the church to uphold the legacy that our father left us with diligence through the word of God. 148 individuals dedicated their lives to Christ, 62 underwent water baptism, and 2000 sought deliverance and healing, marked by a profound manifestation of the Spirit of the Lord.
DIVINE PROTECTION
We honour the God of Ezekiel El Shaddai for His divine protection over the church of ZAOGA FIF, as we have been shielded from floods, hurricanes, deadly diseases, and work, home, and road accidents. Notably, areas such as Guyana, Jamaica, and many others have experienced His safeguarding grace. We are grateful for this continued protection and guidance in our lives!
CELEBRATING GROWTH AND NEW BEGINNINGS
We give praise and honour for the new cell groups, assemblies, and churches that began in 2025, reflecting the resounding growth of the seed sown by our father, Archbishop Ezekiel Guti. Notably, we’ve established two new cell groups in Russia—one in St. Petersburg and another in Moscow. We are grateful to God for the wells dug by our father before his promotion to glory in Norway, and we continue to celebrate the ongoing revival. Additionally, we rejoice in the successful launch of a new assembly in Guangzhou, China, in Sacramento, California, in Connecticut, and in Dothan, Alabama, USA. Congratulations to Bulgaria on a successful first annual FIFMI Bulgaria Freshers Conference! South Korea started to have their physical services this year.
There has been so much development in the church of ZAOGA FIF. Many churches are being built, and some have bought church stands. Others finished building their churches and had the official opening of their churches. Solomon Islands successfully completed the roofing of their mission house and is now at the finishing stage. Guyana church had all the windows and doors on the lower floor of their church building completed! They even had their first service in their new building. All this attests that the legacy continues. Praise be to the God of Ezekiel!
ZOC
The ministry of ZOC (ZAOGA ON CAMPUS) has seen God throughout the year as the youths were on fire to further the Gospel, following the footsteps of our father, the legendary Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti. The door-to-door witnessing and outdoor crusades took place in different places in a remarkable way with outstanding miracles. Hundreds of people gave their lives to Christ, and many were baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues as well as water baptism.
BLIND & SIGHTED INTEGRATED MINISTRY
We give glory and honour to the God of Ezekiel for the booming success of the integration conference at Sunningdale District. Delegates converged from all over the country with a record-breaking attendance. The highlight of the conference was the esteemed presence of our father, the Presiding Bishop, and our mom, Senior Archbishop Eunor Guti. Archbishop Eunor delivered a life-transforming teaching on forgiveness, and 31 souls gave their lives to Christ. Glory be to God for an impactful gathering!
YOUTH MINISTRY
We thank the God of our father for our National Youth Conference, which welcomed over 7,000 delegates, graced by our Presiding Bishop Dr. Joseph Joe Guti. Our SG Apostle Nyambo, Bishop Kapandura, International Youth Director Overseer Cals, and National Director Matsikenyere inspired attendees as speakers. Zonal conferences across all 38 zones led many youths to give their lives to Jesus, get water baptized, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Additionally, we happily completed the construction of three schools in Chipinge, Filabusi, and Jotsholo. The youth are on fire for Jesus, under the passionate leadership of our National Youth Director, Overseer Matsikenyere, embodying the motto: LEGACY PERPETUATORS!

TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE
Christmas has a spirit – you want to travel nowhere for no reason. You have issues at home, and people fight in the family because of Christmas. Don’t come back with broken limbs. Christians should not be controlled by Christmas. There’s a spirit of Christmas that causes people to steal, do bad, and then lose jobs. Just stay home and enjoy Christmas. Don’t get caught up in credits just for 2 days. May God make you content that Jesus is your Christmas. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you.
Apostle Drs. Steve & La-Verne Simukai
