Apostles Update Week 22

Dear Friends

Prayer conventions have already started and many great things are happening in this month of prayer and fasting. Don’t miss out on what God is doing this month.

Greater Harare Pastors’ Prayer Convention
About 600 Greater Harare, Norton, Seke, Zengeza and Chivhu Pastors gathered at the historic Ezekiel Guti International Conference Centre from the 7th to the 10th of June for prayer convention.
It was a unique convention as the Pastors camped at the venue in adherence to the guidance given by our father Prof E H Guti. The ladies and gentlemen had their prayers separately in the Tabernacle and Chapel respectively. There was so much pouring and cleansing as both men and women had time to pour out their hurts.
The Speakers led by Arch Bishop E Soko of South Africa together with Overseers Murire and Mpofu of Chimanimani and Plumtree respectively did a splendid job.
On Sunday, the men and women came together for a combined service where Arch Bishop Soko shared a life changing message on pursuing righteousness and following the example of our father and mother.
To cap off the conference, the Pastors received blessings through an audio message from the servant and Apostle of God. What a Convention we had! Surely Greater Harare Pastors will never remain the same again!

Mutare
Mutare Province wants to thank God for the vision of prayer retreat. May 23-25 was our time of gathering for this uncommon kind of Prayer in our Province with over 300 women and girls in attendance. Pastor Emily Sawanhu and DP Lewis Nyachowe were our guest speakers.
A lot of women were delivered from the spirit of unforgiveness, moodiness, laziness, gossiping, arguing, stinginess, division, selfishness, procrastination, pride, unfaithfulness, spiritual husbands, spiritual attacks and not reading the word of God.
Women were encouraged to work with their own hands, to give, to pray for the servants and apostles of God, our father and mother Drs E H & E Guti and for the work of God at large.
We thank the Apostles of God. We were refreshed and reunited. We trust everything done has brought a big change to our province

ZACOSF
This weekend from 8 to 10 June a team of 42 students from Harare Region ZAOGA College Students Fellowship (ZACOSF)which comprises of Harare poly, Belvedere Teachers college, Kushpik and Seke Teachers college embarked on a soul winning Outreach in Nyameni Miracle Centre District Marondera under the leadership of DP W and C Mhaka. We did door to door soul winning campaign which saw us a bumper harvest to 62 new converts coming to Christ. During crusades 3 people received Christ and on Sunday we were joined by Evangelist Mhaka who powerfully preached the Gospel to the church. Here are notable miracles that took place:
A woman with back ache instantly received her healing
Several people were prayed for and were healed of their infirmities.
A woman who was blind received her sight last night as the evangelists prayed for her

Nevis
The power of God is working in FIFMI Nevis where the membership is growing and this week we celebrate our Newest Group - Men Of Integrity who took over our worship service on Sunday and what a powerful time we had in the Lord. Testimonies flowed with high content of the Goodness of God and the power of God working through lives. One Member testified that since she has been attending FIFMI Nevis her life has changed. She has been able to build a home and purchase a car through fervent prayer and standing on Faith. She encouraged everyone to stay in FIFMI and watch their lives grow through the power of the word of God. God is a mighty God. Several members testified of the caring spirit of the Pastors and the encouragement they receive that they have never experienced at any other church before. We look forward to an exciting Fathers Day Worship next Sunday and thank all those who have been praying for the church as we reach out into the community winning souls for the Kingdom.

Cayman Islands
We had a wonderful week in the presence of the Lord. Our midweek services went very well.
Our Sunday Service topped the week. We had 28 people in attendance. We experienced Healing and Deliverance in the service. Our Pastor prayed for three people who were suffering from different attacks of the enemy including sickness and depression and they received their breakthroughs. Powerful testimonies of God's move in people's lives including promotion at work and complete healing from painful joints were shared. During the week, more testimonies were shared on deliverance from the spirits of suicide and depression after being prayed for.
The women (5 ladies) met on Tuesday for prayer and Saturday afternoon was a fun time for the 9 ladies present with a professional Make-Up Artist in their midst.
We are seeing the move of God in an unprecedented way. We rejoice and celebrate the God of Ezekiel for what He is doing in our midst and what He will continue to do. We continue to pray for Baba and Mama Guti. They are doing a great work for our benefit!

A lot of women were delivered from various spirits which were oppressing them

Malaysia
We would like to thank the God of our Father Ezekiel Guti for allowing us to join the rest of Forward In Faith Family in the month of prayer and fasting. We had our prayer convention from the 8th of June to the 10th of June and the church fasted the whole week. Our attendance during the prayer Convention was on average 44 people. We experienced the mighty move of God as many were imparted with spiritual gifts. During the Sunday service the Holy Spirit was still at work as more people received the gifts of the Spirit and the anointing of God. We also saw the hand of God as the church managed to raise money needed for a certain project which was a miracle to the church. The hunger for missions has began as the church started working missions fund. Glory be to Jesus!

Australia
Australia pastors' convention started on a high spiritual note. As displayed by a notable preparedness among pastors.  It was unique prayer convention in that, it had an irresistible flow of the Spirit. The prayer had a powerful connection; the worship songs, speakers' messages and unity of purpose. By end of day, an experience with the Holy Spirit was unleashed, punctuated with laughter, spiritual dances and a word on restoration on Australia! We also had an effective faith clinic. Joy is overflowing in Australia!

Mozambique
Bindura University ZOC (ZAOGA On Campus) made up of 54 evangelists did an Outreach in Messica, Mozambique. A total of 1722 people gave their lives to Christ during door to door preaching and the crusade. 83 people were baptized in the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues. Several people were healed from epilepsy, malaria, headaches, back pains and wounds dried up. Some notable miracles:
  • A woman who was blind received her sight
  • A girl who was deaf and dumb started to speak

Swaziland
F.I.F Swaziland is celebrating the birth of a new region. To God be the glory!. The Bishop, Overseer, Pastors and all the leaders in the nation came together in unity and organised a powerful, two-week, crusade from the 15th to the 27th of May in Siteki. Evangelist Freshious Sibanda from South Africa was the guest Evangelist for the first week and the overseer and pastors gave powerful teachings in the second week. 45 people gave their lives to Christ, 6 were baptised in water and 10 were filled with the Holy Spirit.
The new believers have been meeting regularly and last Sunday was their second Sunday meeting and 44 people were in attendance. Short-term missionaries have now been assigned to shepherd the new region. We thank God for this awesome breakthrough.

Lesotho
Following the great commission of our Master Jesus Christ to diffuse the word of God in all nations, 25 vibrant evangelists from ZAOGA ON CAMPUS (NUST) stepped in the kingdom of Lesotho to harvest souls. Pregnant with the vision given to our father the Servant and Apostle of God Dr Ezekiel Guti that as many are the stars those are the people he will lead to Christ, we saw 95 people being recruited to the kingdom of God. On the first Sunday, evangelists were delegated to four regions in the nation and the mighty hand of God was seen evidenced by many believers who had backslidden rededicating their lives to Christ, filled with the Holy Spirit and there was a great transformation. During the day the evangelists were dedicated to door to door preaching. More people dedicated their lives to Christ at their homes and were baptised with the Holy Spirit as they received Christ.
The open air crusade commenced with an attendance of around 100 people the majority being new converts. The overall attendance was 278 adults and 77 children. 50 people were filled with the Holy Spirit and over 100 people were refilled with the Holy Spirit. On Saturday 5 people were water baptised and it was a miracle in the land to have a former Sangoma being baptised. The outreach was loaded with miracles and wonders:
  • A 3 year old child who could not walk and talk from birth miraculously had his first steps and talked
  • A woman was healed from arthritis
  • Someone’s legs healed from turning black under feet
  • Others were healed from kidney, heart, ear and neck problems
  • Several were healed from back and abdominal pains
  • A barren woman was prayed for
Many miracles happened and people were delivered from evil spirits.

TEACHING:  PART OF BABA & AMAI'S MESSAGE

2 Chronicles 20:1-
And I was then taken to 2 Chronicles 20, Jehoshaphat was afraid because of the people who were coming against him. And he proclaimed a fast throughout Judah to seek the Lord and ask for help. Their trust was in no one else but in the Lord whom they were seeking. Verse 6, “Oh Lord God of our fathers,” that shows us how he referred to God not as his God but the God of his fathers dating back to Abraham.
“Are you not God in Heaven”, Jehoshaphat here was saying God You are above everything and You rule the Kingdoms of the Nations and no one can withstand You. Verse 7, Jehoshaphat reminds God thanking Him for what He did that He removed the inhabitants of the land to make room for His people.
Jehoshaphat knew the position of God with Abraham and His promise to His people. I can see the fear of Jehoshaphat being removed through thanking God….(TO BE CONTINUED) God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
