Dear Friends,
Grand Celebrations
The Grand Celebrations of Archbishop Prof. Ezekiel H. Guti commenced at the Ezekiel Guti Convention Centre (8000 seater auditorium) where the body of our father was lying in state for three consecutive days from Wednesday the 2nd, to Friday the 4th of August. On Wednesday we witnessed 20000 people coming to pay their last respects, on Thursday we had 15000 and Friday the last day 16870 people thronged the 8000 seater auditorium for their last respects.
The Grand Celebrations then moved from Ezekiel Guti Convention Centre to the Harare City Sports Centre where 12480 people came for the night vigil. The atmosphere was electric as people celebrated a life well lived. Our praise team and guest artists such as Sebastian Magacha, Faith Makoni, Probity Mutsambiwa, Pastor David Mabvuramiti amongst others gave a top notch performance in honor of our father. A powerful word was delivered by Pastor Paul Arthurs on building and leaving a legacy that will last in the Kingdom of God. 70 people repented and 143 received their healing and deliverance.
On Saturday the nation of Zimbabwe celebrated and honored our father at the National Sports Stadium. His Excellency Cde. Emmerson D. Mnangagwa graced the send-off occasion of the national hero. The President encouraged the ZAOGA Forward In Faith family to emulate the life and legacy of our father Archbishop E.H Guti, whom he described as “a true champion in promoting the welfare of the vulnerable, disabled, women and youth”. Over 20 000 people were in attendance, as they honored and celebrated the legacy and the life of the national hero. The day was then capped off with the gospel being preached by Apostle Tigere and 116 people gave their lives to Christ.
Sunday was the 30th day of the 30 days of mourning declared by the ZAOGA Executive. It was a worship Sunday with the theme #celebrating a legend & hero, #celebrating a life well lived. Over 60 000 people thronged the National Sports Stadium for the Sunday Worship service. The atmosphere was electrifying as people celebrated throughout the day. National leaders from some of the 168 nations and states gave testimonials of the life and legacy of Baba Guti and how his ministry capped with love had transformed their lives and nations. Baba’s spiritual children from other denominations also paid their tribute to the General of God’s Kingdom. The Guti family also spoke of the legacy of their father, grandfather and family leader as a man who lived a principled life both in public and at home. Our mother Prof Eunor Guti then emphasized on the same principle and dedication to God’s work that Baba Guti had. Prof Eunor Guti then went on to introduce the three Apostles and urged the church to pray for them and remain in the bond of love and unity. The National Executive Chairman Dr Joe Guti then delivered a powerful word based on Ephesians 3:17, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love. Dr Joe also emphasized that in our churches we will be preaching and teaching from the books written by our father Archbishop Prof. E.H Guti, and that our generation had been favored to have Baba Guti in our time. The call for salvation was given and 274 people gave their lives to Christ. We thank God for a life well lived, we honor your dedication and commitment Baba.
Other nations also watched the celebrations and many people were blessed and are grateful to God for the work done by our father and the teachings received. Ontario Canada reported 3 people saved while Guyana had 10 people saved. Glory to the God of Ezekiel.

TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE
An excerpt from the History book
“This ministry is not going to come to an end. God will raise many young people if they keep themselves from these Pride, the love of money, and the temptation of women. God raised one Ezekiel, but there are going to be many true disciples of Ezekiel who will lead the people in all truth by the Spirit of God..”…… God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
