Dear Friends,

We are thankful to God for the intercessors who stood in the gap for the International Bishops Conference. God is indeed a faithful God.

JAPAN

We thank the God of our father Ezekiel for His never ending mercy and grace on our lives. We started the year with prayer and fasting, and we have seen the mighty hand of God since then. We have had 3 new members join the church, bringing our total number to 32. We also started our women’s fellowship prayer meetings during this month, and we had our first ladies’ meeting this week. We continued with all our midweek services, as well as our Sunday services. On Sunday, we were excited to hear the wonderful news from the Pastors’ Deeper Life conference, and we are greatly anticipating hearing more from our pastors this week. During Bible Study, we discussed how to win over the souls of local people, and how to overcome the challenges that come with it. We are continually believing God for the growth of the church, and we ask for your prayers in this regard and also in securing a physical venue for our services. We thank you for your continued support and prayers.

SLOVAKIA

We thank the God of our father, Apostle E.H Guti for leading the church in Slovakia. We continue to be revived in our spirits by both prayer and the sharing from our Sunday services as well as from our WhatsApp group. Sunday, 4 February 2024, recorded a powerful service hosted at Elder’s residence with an awesome attendance of 16 adults and 3 children. The people testified the goodness of God in their lives even as we are in a foreign land. We had a great Bible study on “Extending the Kingdom of God” as extracted from “Sunday Morning Lectures.” The Bible study was followed by powerful praise and worship, and lastly, the word of God. After the service, we had time to share food and get to know each other personally. We continue to see the hand of the God of Ezekiel in all our gatherings. The church continues to pray for a proper venue for our services. May the saints pray with us for pastoral presence to take care of the baby church in this part of Central Europe.

GUYANA

We thank the God of our father, Apostle Ezekiel Guti for His grace upon Guyana. The leaders gathered for a two-day Leadership Empowerment where our pastors and student pastors ministered using our church books on Leadership, Talents, and Prayer. The pastors hosted the seminar with food. On Sunday, leaders who attended the seminar had time to testify how it empowered and helped them and were encouraged to continue to persevere in their duties and the calling. Praise and worship was powerful, followed by the word. We ended with fellowship. We thank you for your continued prayers.

THAILAND

Our hearts are filled with gratitude because of what the God of Ezekiel has continued to do in the nation of Thailand. This week was a week of prayer and fasting and we met daily with encouragement from different speakers. We had an average attendance of 30 people per service. On Saturday 11 ladies came together for a baby shower to celebrate one of our own who is expecting soon, 6 men also met for fellowship at the same time. The youth also joined a regional prayer convention and they embarked on a 3 days and night fasting. The countries involved were China and Malaysia. The youth testified that their lives will never be the same again. Sunday was very powerful with a total attendance of 54 people and 23 people were onsite. Pastor Prim gave powerful feedback on the just ended Deeper Life conference. Later deacon Tatenda shared a life-changing word. After the service, we went out to fellowship over some eats. The spirit of joy and unity in our church is evident. Thank you for continuing to pray for us.

CYPRUS

We want to thank God for the powerful Ten days of prayer and fasting. We had an impactful prayer convention at national and assembly levels. After the 10 days of prayer and fasting the women and girls continued the rest of the month seeking God through prayer and fasting. Waking up daily at 5 am for teachings and prayer. Then from the 2nd to the 3rd of February, the ladies camped at the Lefkosa tabernacle for their 2-day prayer retreat. People came from across the whole Island. Maximum attendance was 60 ladies. The speaker was Pastor Shami Mwale who shared life-changing teachings that she brought from camping with our mother Professor Eunor during the 10 days. Faith Clinic was done throughout the sessions and great deliverance took place. We have been charged up to live a Kingdom life in the fear of God and to have the burden of winning souls in 2024. Thank you for your continued prayers.

ZIMBABWE

Chinhoyi

It is with great and indescribable jubilation that we thank the God of our Father Archbishop Ezekiel Guti for allowing us to have our Girls Big Sunday tagged Turn Around Girls Big Sunday as Chinhoyi Provincial Girls Ministry on the 4th of February 2024. We were indeed highly honored to have our International Director Pastor Ruth Basa especially as we are at the beginning of the year, being the evidence that we have begun the year in a special way in the presence of God. We thank God for the girls that showed up in their numbers, from Banket, Hunyani South, Hunyani International, Strategic Murombedzi, Alaska, and Chinhoyi City, our statistics highlighted that we had over 160 girls that graced the event. Our advisors from all districts and friends of the ministry were also present supporting the Girl’s ministry. We thank God so much for our International Director who was mightily used by God.

2. Thanking God for the 3 Apostles; our father Apostle Dr. Joseph Joe Guti, the SG Apostle Mishael Nyambo, and the DSG Apostle Dr. Steve Simukai and their wives, that God gives them wisdom and grace as they carry out their assignments.
3. Thanking God for the success of the International Bishops Conference held at EGICC Harare, Zimbabwe this past week.
4. Thanking God for the peace of Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6 “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem…
5. Thanking God for Mbuya Dorcas Hospital (MDH); for the successful completion of the operating theatres, the commencement of the postgraduate nursing school, the realization of the special diabetic pharmacy, and every other project lined up at the hospital. Thanking God for raising burden bearers who will partner and support the vision that God gave to His servant Ezekiel.
6. Thanking God that ZEGU continues to excel and that the vision is fulfilled as God gave to His servant Ezekiel.
7. Thanking God for the ongoing construction of the Ezekiel Guti Jr (EJ) Legacy Center for people with special needs. May God continue to provide for the work.
8. Thanking God for the long-term and short-term missionaries. Thanking God for providing suitable meeting places and favorable prices as the FIFMI churches continue to grow. Thanking God for the registration process of FIFMI Thailand, Egypt, Cameroon, Slovakia, and Poland.
9. Thanking God for your nation.

TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

I’m praying for the fear of God to dominate my life so God can hear me when I pray. We need to pray for the fear of God in the church ZAOGA FIFMI. When we fear God, we will reap the benefits of the covenant God made with our father. Fearing God in my heart even on my mouth and in my mind…God bless you.
