Miami
God continues to be gracious to the Miami church. Our Wednesday Bible study was attended by 12 people. While on Thursday due to work schedule no one attended Bible study. The Sunday service held at the retirement home saw an increase with 15 people in attendance. The regular Sunday service had 6 people in attendance. We are praying and staying steadfast believing God for a harvest.

We keep getting amazed by the God of Baba Guti here in Grand Cayman. God has been so good to us even in the brief absence of our current pastors. This week we saw God answer prayer and miraculously granted one of us both a job and a work permit. Recently we also celebrated the reuniting of one of our Deacons with his wife and children as they came to join him after their visas were granted. Glory be to God! We are expecting more miracles of this nature. Wednesday Bible Study was not well attended but the Friday prayer was so powerful with 14 people present. Sunday service had 39 people and what a powerful service we had again from Bible Study, Praise and Worship with our very anointed guitarist……to the powerful Word! The Holy Spirit moved again powerfully and we were so blessed. Please don’t get tired praying for us.

A woman from the Mutata Alcarizo Assembly saw the God of Ezekiel after she contracted Malaria. She was in a life threatening situation and admitted in hospital and had a very expensive medical bill after 4 days. After the intervention of Jesus, she recovered, was released and didn’t pay a cent! After seeing this great miracle the husband then gave his life to Christ. They are convicted in their hearts to also pay their tithes saying a lot of trouble was coming in their lives because of not being faithful to God with their money. In Pedro Brand Group 28 there were 18 adults and 12 children and in Mutata Alcarizo the numbers were low due to an important community meeting with 7 adults and 8 children.

We thank God for yet another week of progress. Our attendance rose to 14 adults and one child this Sunday. Older believers were surprised to see such an increase. One believer was baptised in the Holy Spirit. We also gave baptism cards to five believers, and had a fellowship to celebrate their baptism, a custom highly esteemed here. We also thank God for the venue for our second home cell group which will begin to function this week. We thank you all for praying for us.

We thank God for a job well done by Overseer Chikwawawa who went back to UK last Monday. We continue to see the hand of God as we started our week with Monday prayer which had an attendance of 13. The Tuesday Ladies Prayer had 8 women. Wednesday Bible Study had 25 (23 adults and 2 children). The teaching was by Dr. Tad from the Adult Sunday School book. Friday prayer was very powerful with a teaching by Ev. Kuda Gwarimbo from Baba’s book Integrity of the God’s Word. Attendance was 24. After encouraging believers to bring at least one person each to church, the Sunday morning numbers were very pleasing with 85people (59 adults and 26 children). The Young Generation presented a beautiful worship dance. Dr. Gwen did Bible Study on Integrity of God’s Word as well and Pastor Jacqueline Gwarimbo preached on Two Ways of Knowing God. God of Ezekiel showed himself faithful. 5 people were healed during Bible Study and after the word there was powerful deliverance and the instant healing of a very sick lady who had discharged herself from hospital to come to our church for prayer believing she would be healed and go to her home. Praise God that’s exactly what happened! The church was rejoicing and there was a lot of commotion as she walked round the church and took the mic and started singing praising God! She hugged her husband who had brought her as they both wept with joy and so did members of the congregation. Surely we witnessed the Kingdom in operation. 3 were saved…..glory to God! Sunday evening service was graced with a lot of prophecies as Ev. Kuda preached. 54 people ( 42 adults) and 12 children attended. We look forward to a great week ahead with a Couples Fellowship planned for Thursday night. Thank you for your prayers.
