Dear Friends
God continues to work wonders through the prayers of the saints. Let’s be encouraged as we pray in our different meetings and times. Remember that as we pray for Baba & Amai we should also pray for the other requests as they are connected to them. When the things are not done, it becomes pressure. God is a faithful God and His ear is not deaf that He can’t hear.
We praise God for the Zimbabwe Youth that donated money for the Psome of the instruments for the St Kitts church. We are still believing God to meet the other needs.
More of what God is doing through prayers:
St Kitts & Nevis
We thank God for giving us grace this week in St Kitts. The team continued to do some renovation work at our church venue. Monday we had a wonderful time in prayer and 5 locals attended. On Wednesday for our Bible study we had 6 locals. Friday we had a powerful service and 5 locals came.
Sunday we saw the hand of God as our attendance had 21 locals, being 17 adults and 4 children, to God be the Glory! The Bible Study led by Pst Jackie was very interactive. The service was charged up as the Evangelist ministered powerfully and one person gave his life to Christ.
People are testifying about the church how it is fulfilling that which was lacking in the federation. One lady was bold enough to stand up and shout in the middle of the preaching that “THIS IS WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR” People are rejoicing.
We are asking for your prayers for the 3 nights of miracles service from the 30th of March to the 1st of April and a Couples Dinner on 8 April.
God has been good in Nevis. We have accomplished the following this past week. (1) FIFM-Nevis FB (Facebook) Page is now up and all are invited to share with their friends. (2) The Pastor’s Podium is now installed and (3) Hospital Visits/Prayer has now become an active part of FIFM –Nevis outreach ministry. We extended our prayer activities outside the Fellowship Halls and into the Hospital as Pastor Enock Visited one of the Member’s Husband who was ill and also one lady who had worshipped with FIFMI and had been hospitalized for a week saw a break-through as one day after prayer led by the Pastors at the hospital, her blood pressure and sugar levels had decreased and she was released. One other gentleman who they prayed for while visiting the hospital was also released and doing much better. To God be the Glory. Monday Prayer saw 14 locals attending. Tuesday’s Ladies Prayer 8 ladies were in attendance and the prayer was so riveting that one lady had to be carried to her vehicle. Wednesday night’s Bible Study had 10 Locals in attendance and On Friday 7 locals attended.
This is a testimony: A lady by the name of Nicole has been going around Churches for some years now but could not get Spiritual satisfaction, She said, “I have been going around but I could feel in my spirit I was lacking something. I decided to fast for a week asking God what he wanted me to do and to lead me to the right church that I could make a home. On the last day of my fast while I was sleeping, God showed me this church and I was rejoicing. The following day I drove around and saw the building with the FIFMI Banner. I came back that Monday evening and there was prayer and the moment I stepped in my heart leapt with joy. Then the Holy Spirit said to me this is your home. I was shocked to see even the shirt the Pastor was wearing that night was exactly what I saw in the dream. This is my home and I am so happy because I have found what I have been looking for over the years. Thank you Forward in Faith for coming to Nevis.” Glory to God.
Sunday Worship had 22 locals, (17 adults, 5 children) and 3 were visitors and at the end of the service one gentleman let the Pastor know how happy he was to have attended and how much he enjoyed the service. We give thanks for the work God is doing in our midst as FIFM-Nevis reaches the masses of our people.
Barbados
We had an awesome week here in Barbados. Indeed God is faithful. We are witnessing His great and mighty hand. We started a two week program of “Weekends of Restoration.” Our weekly services and attendance were: Monday Prayer – 5 local adults. Wednesday Bible Study – 8 local adults, Friday Night prayer, – 13 local adults, 1 child. Saturday Service – 10 local adults, 1 child. Sunday Morning Service, – 22 local adults, 2 children. On Thursday the Pastoral team took to the streets for soul winning and handing out fliers. 3 people received Jesus Christ. Glory to God! Here are some testimonies:
- A woman said that initially she found it hard to pray for the servant of God, however , one day the Lord impressed upon her heart regarding the servant of God, ” Follow him, as he follows Christ.”
- A man had been trying to hear from God but his 10 year old son wrote down three scriptures Psalm 119:11, I Tim 2:15 and Psalms 100:1 that ministered to him.
The church welcomed Pastors Victory and Helen Makonese and bade farewell to Pastors Emmanuel and Jaqui Chuck. During Sunday Morning Service, Overseer Jonathan preached about the Kingdom of God and Pastor Victory in the evening about keeping your deliverance. 3 people received Jesus at church and 1 during a home visit. Please continue to pray with us for the church registration.
Oman
Our Al Seeb Assembly had 17 people attending while our newest assembly Ruwi had 18 people attending. We have recently introduced Monday prayers as well as home cell groups for both our assemblies. After our Sunday church services we had an opportunity to mix and mingle as well as to have fellowship. Please pray for us that God can give us a mission car and musical instruments.
