Forward in Faith Dominican Republic is here!  God will not cease establishing His great work which is now all over the Caribbean Islands, and He’s done it again in this great Latin American nation.  The same impact that took place in Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Boston this year is now being experienced in Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic, where Apostles Drs Ezekiel and Eunor Guti have begun discipling new believers and teaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God.  The vibrant team of young pastors who are bearing the burden of the work together with the servant of God are being used mightily by God.  Below are reports from the new church.

The new church birthed last week in the Dominican Republic is growing in leaps and bounds. Truly God is with his servants Baba and Mama Guti. Things are moving at a great pace. The youth from Republic of South Africa bought a set of instruments. In addition the church in Australia bought the church van.

Friday night we experienced a record increase in attendance almost doubling Wednesdays’ attendance. We had 107 people worship with us and 17 people gave their lives to Christ. The composition of the church is varied from old grannies, middle aged and lots of youth and young adults. We are seeing people testifying enthusiastically of their love for God, the servant of God and Forward in Faith Church saying it’s now their spiritual home.

Sunday morning service we had 75 people, 41 adults and 34 children. The Servant and Apostle of God taught on prayer and living in the word as the key to living a victorious life. The evening service had 52 adults and 25 children. Baba preached a very powerful message on the power of God resulting in 22 people receiving the Lord Jesus as their personal Savior.

Here in Santo Domingo the God of our father continues to do marvelous things. The church is marching on, the gates of hell cannot prevail. An interim committee has been put to facilitate the registration of the church which process has begun. The servant and apostle has been has been laying the apostolic foundation by teaching the basics of the Christian life covering topics as Prayer, the Holy Spirit and Home Cell Groups as the key to church growth. Water and Holy Spirit services will be held soon. During the services the power of God is demonstrated with people being delivered and slain in Holy Ghost for extended periods. The team is moving into the mission house today. Pray for us to get a good venue that is both located in a convenient location and affordable. Here are the attendance statistics for the weekend. Friday service 56 adults 35 children, Sunday morning 22 adults 10 children and Sunday evening 39 adults 23 children. God is good.

Santo Domingo for Jesus! Wednesday night our mother Dr. Eunor spoke on the Holy Spirit and seven people received the baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Wednesday night we had a total of 78 people. They were distributed as follows 45 adults and 33 children. Seven other individuals received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. On Friday Night the apostle and servant of God declared that God had sent him to bless the nation. Apostle Eunor spoke about the restoration of dominion to human kind through Jesus Christ.  Prayer being a key to operating in the kingdom of God. A building block of the Christian life is prayer. There was 42 adults and 51 children coming to a total of 93 people.

Sunday morning: Pastor Emmanuel Chuck taught on water baptism preparing the people for baptism. 11 people gave their lives to Christ. It is exciting to see many youths coming to the Lord. Immediately following the morning service we held a baptism service at a swimming pool where 32 people got water baptized. We had a total of 59 people, 45 adults and 14 children in attendance. God continues to send new people resulting in more people being saved in every service. We witnessed a great harvest as 27 people received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The evening service was interrupted by incessant rains. However, by the grace of God we still had decent attendance. Seeing new people braving the rains to attend church is a powerful manifestation of the hunger they have for God. We had 39 people, 34 adults and 5 children. The Lord added another 4 souls into His kingdom. This week cell group leaders will receive training and instruction. Pray for the registration process which has begun that all the stages move with speed and without hitches.
