Morning devotion at the International headquarters in waterfalls, Harare was life changing as it was graced by the Apostle of God Dr Ezekiel H. Guti. He encouraged the H.Q workers and said that his greatest desire is for all his children in Christ to prosper. In this light he emphasised that prosperity does not come if you are just sleeping and lazy but believers must work hard and educate themselves. He gave an example of some pastors who were supposed to be sent overseas for the work of God but missed the opportunity because they didn’t have any addition education to market themselves. Believers should not stop reading and increasing in knowledge and thus prosper in this day and age.

1 john 4:4 “….Greater is he that is you me than the one in the world” was the verse of scripture that the Apostle of God opened with and quoted “Have faith in your faith”.  Believers should walk around confident that they have Jesus Christ and the Father living in them through the Holy Spirit. If an unbeliever is confident that after getting charms form a traditional healer, everything will work out.  Shouldn’t we then as children of God be confident of life if we have Christ in us and for us?

The Apostle of God Dr Ezekiel H. Guti closed his message by advising the believers in the morning devotion to take charge of their nature and be lord over it. By doing this one can live a holy and peaceful life in Christ. Before he prayed he asked a sing to leader the song “Jesu wedu anehanya nesu, Anditora apa andiisa apa, andibvisa apa andiisa apo, anehanya neni”. The service was electric and overjoyed as Baba shook everyone’s hand and blessed them.
