Dear Friends

Explo greetings to all the intercessors,

We give glory to God for the success of the Believers’ Convention in New Zealand. God strengthened Baba & Amai throughout. There was a lot of joy and awe at what the Lord has done. Going through how they raised money to get the building and then raised money for the renovations to make it suitable for their activities, one can only shed tears of joy and gratitude. This is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes! The word went forth with power and many people received their healing and deliverance.  Praise the Lord.
The Explo in Tonga went well. Attendance was very good with highest being 104. A total of 26 people gave their lives to the Lord. 8 people were baptized in water and many more will be baptized next Sunday. God used the team in a mighty way. People who had backsliden or left the church came back in big numbers and openly announced that they were back to FIF their home. The church has been taken to another level and those who did not know FIF or those who thought its just another church are confessing that this is what they were looking for – a powerful and life-changing gospel that is real.

Many parents liked our church when they saw the children’s ministry and youth ministry providing activities for their young children and youth as part of the service. What God is doing in Tonga can’t be well explained even eye witnesses sense the presence of the Angel of God at work.

Miracles continue to happen, the evangelists have been invited to pray for people in the capital city hospital. Explo is the talk of the city, glory to God. Once again many thanks to the Apostles of Jesus Christ,  Baba and Amai for a state of the art venue (Hall) right in the city center. This is a miracle and people are wondering how FIF got such a strategic place. People are full of joy and they are glorifying God for His goodness. This indeed is what the God of Ezekiel does. He is worthy of all the praise! Hallelujah!

This week:

  1. Praise God for the Servant and Apostles of God, Drs Ezekiel & Eunor Guti for supernatural strength every day. God has been faithful and He continues to be faithful in their lives. They worked too hard during the convention so let’s thank God for a renewal of strength. Baba still has work / meetings with different groups and is also preparing for the UK Deeper Life in March. Praise God for wisdom. Thank God for revelation and no strain on him as he continues to write books.
  2. Praise God for the Explo that will take place in Fiji this Thursday March 1-4, 2012. Praise God for journey mercies as Dr. Eunor and the Explo team travels to Fiji. Thank God for finances to help the less privileged. Thank God for the registration of  the church.
  3. Praise God for the Deeper Life in UK in and South Africa this March – may God strengthen Baba & Amai for these back  to back conferences.
  4. Praise God for another successful Explo in Tonga. Let’s thank God for the strengthening of the church  in Tonga. Let’s praise God for our pastors in Tonga that God will give them grace for the work there.
  5. Praise God for watching over the ongoing construction of ZEGU. Praise Him for all the administrative processing that is taking place

Teaching:  7 Things- 2 Peter 1:1-11. We have been saved by grace and God has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him. With all diligence – working hard and being aware of it – we are to add to our faith, add to our salvation that we have received through Jesus Christ. We need to add virtue/goodness. We are Christians and we need to be identified as such – our lives should show before we speak. Just like it is easy to identify a drunkard, smoker or a prostitute, our Christianity should be easily identified. Goodness is not a jacket that you put on and take off but it’s something that must grow in us. Goodness doesn’t start at church but at home with your family. Let’s exercise goodness on purpose even when we don’t feel like it – with all diligence. May God give us grace. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
